If I can rate this place a negative 5, I would. Like most of the reviews that I’ve read, mine is very similar. I was cancelled 6 or 7 times, 2 times I was cancelled within 1 hour of my appointment. I was always told some tale why they needed to cancel me. I told them that I didn’t want to return to them and that I wanted my money back, I was told that they will refund my money and asked for my credit card number. I gave them my credit card number and waited for the transaction to come through, after five days I still did not get my refund so I had to call my bank to dispute the charges. I have never seen such an unorganized place.

I wish I can give this place 0 stars!!! I purchased a groupon and went in for one treatment (I’ve done laser many times over the years so I’m familiar with the procedure). First of all they kept rescheduling me for ridiculous reasons finally when got in it was the worse service and no one knew what they were doing.
The doctors wife (who is not medically licensed in any way. She said this herself) and the «nurse» did laser one me. The wife was teaching the nurse how to do it they kept hurting me and I kept telling them how it should be done! It made no sense!
Getting a second appointment has been impossible because no one picks up finally today the doctors wife picked up when I gave her this feedback she started arguing with me! I hung up and now I’m contacting groupon for a refund.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I hate leaving poor reviews. But when its important, I speak my honest truth. This place rescheduled my appointment 4 times! They could call to confirm my appointment, then on the day of the appointment, call me and say the doctor wasn’t available that day. To be fair, it wasn’t always a same day cancellation. This office is so hard to reach to schedule an appointment. Most times, the answering machine picked up and you have to leave a message, and perhaps someone will call you back a few days later.
I bought a groupon for botox and decided to try it out. I’ve always wanted to try botox and figured it was a good deal. Once the botox took effect, i noticed 1 eyebrow was higher than the other. I did a little research and learned that asymmetric eyebrows can happen when the injector is careless, but luckily the problem can be fixed by strategically placing a little more botox on the uneven side. I tried to schedule a revision appointment and took me WEEKS to get a hold of someone to finally make an appointment. The day of my appointment, I didn’t end up being able to make it due to a personal reason, but I figured its already been 1.5 months since I initially got the botox and it’s effects should be wearing off in another 1.5 months so i’ll just deal with the uneven eyebrows.
Also, i’d like to mention that another friend tried to make an appointment with this office with the same groupon and not only did it take her a few weeks to finally get a hold of someone, but when she did, they told her they didn’t have anymore botox and they don’t know when they will ever get anymore. Um… trying to not honor your groupon commitment? Not cool.

Fractora face is amazing!

I got a full body laser in an hour and a half. I also got IPL for my acne scars on my face and back and am very pleased with out it turned out. The laser machine is new and works very quickly compared to another laser machine I’ve seen when I got laser the first time. The staff is very accommodating and polite. The spa itself is very clean.

This place was very unprofessional miss leading there customer
and flat out lying about calling back. Also the results were just ok
and the vibe I got was money hungry.
