We hired New Century Executive to sell our property in 2010 and the entire process turned out to be very smooth. Laxman was our agent and it delightful to see an agent who knew his business end-​to-​end. Not too many agents put the customer first and know that customer’s issues are their own. Real estate sale is not about hard-​sell, it’s about relationship development (heck that goes for all sales) and goes far beyond just listing or finding a property. BTW: the fact that we had a good experience selling our property with Laxman we trusted in hin again when we needed to buy a house. This time he recommended San Ramon (20 miles from our comfort zone of Fremont). So far so good. We bought a home in Gale Ranch neighborhood and are very pleased. Schools are good, lots of great amenities incl a golf course, and views of the rolling hills makes the 10 mile stretch of bollinger canyon worth the daily travel. Plus lots of younger families and professional profile of the neighbors makes laxman our hero for recommending moving from fremont. Thanks.
