Today will be our last day patronizing this KFC and possibly any KFC if their service and food quality are similar. The service at this KFC has declined dramatically over the past three months. The staff is either under-trained or not trained at all. They have consistently not had adequate chicken available with the coating I requested the last three times I ordered at their counter in person. The wait time for the next batch would have been 25 minutes each time. Each of the visits was at or just before peak dinner hours so every customer that asked for the same coating would have had to wait or choose an alternate… always Original recipe. Finally, the quality has been worse each than the time before, mostly slightly overcooked and barely warm. The decline in size of individual pieces is the most visible and disappointing part of the current demise. The pieces of our Original recipe chicken I brought home today were by far the smallest we have EVER had! The wings were approximately the same size as the last Cornish game hens we prepared. WORSEFOODANDSERVICEEVER !! My Girlfriend had ask where did I pick up this KFC and I said the one off Mission Blvd near Safeway.. And She had same service and Worse chicken ever!! This was over few months ago ! Chicken taste as if it was day old and Biskits tasted like they where from this morning !! The baked beans they had to scrape from the bottom of the beans. DRY as hell. The only good thing was the cake. but they didn’t make that thank God !! Over All I paid $ 29.00 For Garbage!!! PLEASEDON’T EATHERE !!! You been WARNED !!!

Wow! I am a regular customer at this location and they have improved with their employees and product availability. There are many new faces at this location and are under new management the manager here a guy is immensely friendly it’s good to see this kfc turn around for the better.

I was highly dissatisfied with the product I received from this KFC location. The large order of popcorn chicken I received consisted of a 60% filled container, of which only 50% of the product was edible. The remaining part of the produt was literally crumbs with no chicken inside. Additionally, the edible part of the product was very poor in quality. The chicken was very dry and bland. I tried to call the store directly multiple times and was unable to reach a live person. No one answered the telephone. I am very dissatisfied with my experience at this location.

They really need to step up their game. I came and ordered two biscuits, a bowl, and two thigh pieces. Open up the bag in my car. — asked for hot sauce, he says yes. No where to be found. — no fork or spoon to eat my bowl. Had to run back to the store in the pouring rain to grab one. — NONAPKINS. Seriously? Isn’t this the staple of any fast food joint, for Christ sakes at least throw a couple of napkins in. — one Leg and one thigh. By this time I wasn’t even surprised. Of course they would screw up the order. Your drive thru job doesn’t even require a whole lot of face to face dialogue with the customer. You guys need to get the basic things right. Since this location isnt super busy there should be more time to make things perfect I’m really disappointed.

Horrible service. Disgusting cleanliness. Just walked out after asking for my money back. Paid for my meal and waited 25 minutes. All the while I watched as they placed the prongs to get the food on the disgusting counter. They guy taking orders while there were 5 people waiting for their food answered his phone and was laughing when his co worker asked for help. Manager on duty«Jera» didn’t care less. Horrible disrespectful service. Will be calling corporate tomorrow. My wife and child went to Taco Bell next door. Ordered and ate all in the time I didn’t even get my food.

Try the fried chicken wings and zinger burger… they are the best options here. In case u go out with a group of 4 to 5 try the family or combo meal where u ‘ll b dwarves with loads of varieties of dishes… The service is good. They are very patient…

Rather poorly run location, it seems. They took about 4 minutes packing drive-through orders before taking my order, although I was the only one at the counter. This happened both times I visited this place. Perhaps the experience with drive-through might be better? Otherwise it is very quiet inside. Restroom is somewhat dirty and it didn’t have paper towel and soap.

I’d rate zero. Never had to write a bad review, but this is an exception. Im a regular at KFC, but not this location. Went thru drive thru and Sydney as the tix says took my order. Extremely rude. No greeting just«what do you want». I said an 8 pc family meal, original recipe. She totally bombs my order in the relay back, 10 pc chicken only and we are out of extra crispy. Ah yeah, im super hungry so okay, sure. 10 pcs but original and family meal. She says«drive to the window».umm i’m waiting for her to ask me my sides. She gets much ruder when i bring it up. «mash potato, gravy and corn». I got still frozen corn. I should have looked closer at the reviews before ordering here. Fire this girl, prolly better getting new staff as it may already be tainted, definitely bad for business. Food tastes are not to KFC standards. Sincerely, pissed off Veteran!

By far one of the worst KFC locations. I doubt they train their employees because the last 3 times I’ve gone here with my coworkers we always stand there and watch the cashier pack food 5 minutes before taking our orders. It happens all the time, which is kind of rude and not efficient. The last time we went there they forgot to place my coworkers order and she waited for almost 30 minutes to get her food. That wasn’t very«fast-food» like if you have to wait 30 minutes. And then to top everything off, we all had slight food poisoning a few hours later which lasted for almost a day. It’s safe to say, I NEVER want to go back to this location and probably won’t touch KFC chicken again.

This place really sucks! Garbage all on the floor, service at its worst. They would rather conversation amongst themselves than to help customers in line. The soda machine was leaking water out of the front of one of the dispensers and every table I tried to sit at was filthy or sticky.

This place has serious training issues. The employees do not care about customer service at all. I ordered a 12 piece and only got 6 pieces. While I was there waiting for my food, I witnessed a customer complaining about her order, but they did not apologize to her. Just stared at her with a «what do you want me to say» look. One time in the past, I ordered and paid for my food then they told me they ran out of biscuits. No apologies, no offer for replacement item, no offer for refund. I’m never going back again.

I didn’t eat here. This review is based on the service when I picked-up some food for co-workers. I showed-up at 1145 to pick-up 2 chicken pot pies, which smell fantastic! I was told that the pies weren’t ready, they were still«cooking». Really? WTF? It’s 1145, you’re in business to feed people! I was told about 5 minutes. I wasn’t in a rush, but I was a little concerned when I checked again in 5 minutes and pies still weren’t done. After another 5 minutes, the guy brought my order out. He was nice enough and apologetic. If I had been in a rush and the chicken pot pie was what I wanted, I would have been pissed! This KFC is in a busy-ass shopping in the busy ass area between 880&680. Parking can be a challenge since you are competing with a grocery store, post office, and other fast food.

After reading the reviews, I was pretty reluctant to come, but I was starving and looking for some good«comfort food.» Really, no complaints at all. Food was typical KFC… same as any other KFC. The service was great. The person who took my order was very friendly and explained things I had questions on with patience(hadn’t been in awhile, menu has changed a bit!). The food came out quickly and was just as I ordered it. Otherwise, the restaurant was clean and well-kept… no complaints there at all! Overall, not too bad at all, and admittedly, maybe one of the best KFC experiences I’ve had.

If this transaction involved nothing more than walking in, ordering, and leaving with the food, they would probably have gotten 5 stars, but unfortunately for KFC, we eventually opened the bag to eat. To start, the guy that took my order(Bryan) was very friendly. Two meals were ordered, and they said it was all there and ready within about two minutes, so I grabbed the bag and gave a quick glance at the contents on the way to the car. There was quite a bit of stuff in there, so I figured it was all good… After a 15 minute car ride back to the hotel, I realized that while my wife’s food was all there(and the cookies I got, which were surprisingly really good) my sandwich and wedges were no where to be found. I kind of panicked for a second. I hadn’t wanted to drive there in the first place, and now I potentially had to drive back to get my meal. The real problem came when I realized I hadn’t gotten a receipt. I called the the place to say I was coming back in for my food. When I got back to KFC, I explained the situation, and they worked on getting my stuff right away. Too bad the guy in front of me order food for at least 35 people, so I had to wait for about 15 more minutes for new potato wedges. I was hoping they would throw in a few extra because of their original screw up, but no such luck. There was some decent entertainment during the wait though — a group of older Indian guys had apparently never been to a KFC before and were pretty confused on what and how to order. They also were astonished that KFC didn’t offer any vegetarian meals and that they couldn’t exchange their biscuit for another side… OK, back to the food… Meal 1: 2 Piece Grilled Chicken meal with potatoes and gravy and mac and cheese($ 6) — We get why this doesn’t come with a biscuit(healthy choice) but why does it cost the same as the fried chicken with a biscuit? Nothing was that good, even the usually amazing gravy seemed to lack something in flavor, plus the ratio of potatoes to gravy was abysmal. The mac and cheese was really bad, and we didn’t think that was even possible. Meal 2: Some chicken sandwich and potato wedges($ 6) — There really isn’t a reason for this to cost so much. The sandwich was poorly prepared and didn’t taste all that great. The wedges were as good as always. Extra stuff: 2 Biscuits($ 0.89) — Not as good as we remembered the KFC biscuits to be. Extra stuff — 3 Cookies($ 1.29) — Probably the best(or second to the wedges) thing of the whole meal. There are plenty of choices for food(fast or not) in this area. You should probably pick something else.

SERIOUSLY!!! 15 fucking minutes for my order!!! Excuse my language but this is unacceptable! I went to their drive thru so it will be faster but it’s more like park your car and take a nap then probably I can take your order and give it to you! What the heck is wrong with these people??? I am usually patient But Nobody is dining inside! There’s like 5 staff in there and I had to wait 5 minutes for my order to be taken then 10minutes for it to come out??? You must be freaking kidding me!!! Then i asked for gravy and this girl just looked at me as if I was talking alien then told me that«we sell gravy.» uhmmmmmkkaaayyy. Sure you do that’s why I’m asking for it. Then came, «we charge for it.» What the heck! Am I asking it for free!!! $&@:$&@!!! If there’s no one behind me, I could have just turned around and they can suck my dirty finger licking good!!! What’s up with these fast-food in my hood! Or should it be what’s wrong with me and I keep on trying them out! Gaaaaaaahhhhhh!!!

I once went here and the guy working gave me a free mac and cheese. I was kidding, but not really, when I so cheaply asked him to throw in some mac and cheese. I know. I’m so annoyingly cheap, but look what I got out of it! My only concern with this KFC is the drive through. Somebody tell me why the window is only a thousand feet higher than the average car window? And that ridiculous speed bump at the end of the drive through which forces me to hold onto my food for dear life every time?
