As far as jam a juice is concerned, this place is a 5⁄5. The staff is well trained and work very hard.

piña colada — it’s good tropical colada — it’s pretty good this location doesn’t have a lot of space.

Brought my kids and nephews here today and their smoothies are watered down! It tasted yucky! And when my husband complained about it, all the manager did was justify why it tasted the way it did. I go to Jamba Juice several times a week and order pretty much the same drinks but this is the worst tasting! Will definitely not be coming back to this one.

Okay… so I was a little confused the first time I got an açai primo bowl because it tasted like it was pre-made. And speak of the devil, it was. I personally witnessed them scoop the stuff out the freezer… 3 stars because it tasted great, but as a former jamba employee a few years back, I was VERY confused. Wasn’t sure if that was the new protocol or what. As to how long they let that pre made stuff sits there? I don’t know. But it just threw me off so bad when I went to new park and saw them make it fresh lol.

Love Jamba Juice but I think this location they need more employees for the amount of people that are there every time I go. They do the best they can with what is available to them

Orange juice. Carrot juice. Orange juice. Carrot juice. Thats the only thing the people around that jamba order. Smells like curry.

They don’t take any of the Jamba Juice deals like the BOGO and etc. Closest participating store in the area is in Milpitas. :\

Love this Jamba Juice, the service is consistently friendly and fast. They also do some great deals, and although I’ve never had time to use them, I think I will start doing so. Replacing Starbucks with Jamba Juice! :D SPOILERALERT: I do, however, have something to say about Jamba Jucie’s secret menu, so this is a review for the whole company. If you are trying to be the face of healthy smoothies, why do you want to have a secret menu which contains drinks like«gummy bear» and«butterfinger»? I guess having a secret menu makes it more fun, just like the starbucks secret menu… but starbucks isn’t supposed to be healthy anyway. I had like a green matcha something from the secret menu and I hate to say it but it was WAY to sweet and I had a feeling it was artificial sugar.

I ordered an Acai bowl here over the weekend… 1. The cashier said she didn’t know if they honored expired groupons(they do, I insisted, it’s in all the fine print everywhere). 2. I ordered a Primo bowl which comes with coconut and granola — both of which they forgot when they gave it to me. 3. The bowl was delicious yet puny. Not at all what I received at other Jamba Juices. Weak service, would not recommend.

Service has been really good my last few visits. I’ve been getting the chia seed body since chia seeds are kinda amazing and have a ton of health benefits. The employees have been friendly and quick with making the smoothies. Only wish it was closer to work for a mid-day smoothie for the warm weather days.

It’s jamba juice. Its loud and everyone is wearing visors. My drinks always taste amazing when I come here. There is always a line and it moves quickly for the most part.

Lines are often long. Be sure to sign up for their rewards. Nevertheless, a good place for fresh juice & smoothies, though I still prefer Suju’s Coffee’s 2 locations in Fremont.

This Jamba Juice feels a bit run down for some reason. When I went, they didn’t have the parts for fresh orange juice. Their rewards program(where you enter your phone number) was also down. What? Also there is absolutely no seating inside.

LAMEST, MOSTCRAPPYJAMBAJUICEEVER, with the various high school students screwing around, having conversations with their coworkers who are off-duty, and basically just fooling around. Nice long lines form at this place, and there is absolutely no interest in customer service. Once you get your drink, perhaps all is right with the world, but this would be true in any Jamba Juice. Unfortunately you have to go through the seven circles of hell to get your drink at this place. Management might want to tell employees who have just ended their shifts to exit the store, instead of hanging around and having a long conversations with their coworkers and obstructing commerce.

This Jamba is so small&crowded it’s ridiculous. God knows where the line starts&where it ends. It’s so noisy in there too with all the blenders going off right next to you too. The service isn’t very friendly but I mean why would they be when they’re all crammed into such a small space for majority of the day. I got a strawberries whirl&i honestly thought it was a shake. It was so thick it barely went up the straw. It’s pretty expensive too. My grandma ordered one of the wraps&oh my gosh. They supposedly warmed it up but my grandma complained to me that it was cold. I bit into it&literally the entire middle of the sandwich from top to bottom was completely icy. It’s gross that it’s a supposedly heathy place but their wraps are frozen. I would much rather go to another Jamba Juice than this one.

This is a very busy Jamba Juice location in the Fremont Plaza Shopping Center with the Sprouts, Petco and Rite Aid. It is right next door to Boston Market. Just stopped by because for Labor Day Weekend they were having a Buy 1 Get 1FREE Bogo sale with coupons from their website. It’s a pretty good deal so we stopped on by. It was full house because the deal was soo good even for Jamba Juice! This location is very small and it felt really cramped because of how many people were here at around 3PM. Ordered a Small Razzmatazz and a Small Mega Mango. We got one drink for FREE and we paid for the other. I had an additional $ 3.00 off because I joined the Jamba Rewards, which I highly recommend joining if you frequent Jamba Juice often. For every 35 Points you earn, you get $ 3 off your purchase. For every $ 1 your purchase, you earn 1 point. My total was only $ 1.97 because of the $ 3 off I had. We had to wait about 10 minutes for our drink but that was kinda to be expected because of how good the deal was. Our server was Parisa and she was fast, friendly and courteous. Parking sucks here at this location, it’s always very crowded!

Quick and efficient ! They are the best Jamba Juice corner I have been to so far. The lines move fast and the staff is really friendly. If your lucky you might get to taste some samples. And they always get my name right unlike Starbucks. Good job guys!

I was very happy with the service at this location. The day we went was nuts! The line was out the door, this was our second Jamba location in one day because the one at the mall was out of oranges. Turns out that after waiting about 15 minutes to order, all Jamba’s were out of orange juice due to a recent freeze that left the suppliers short. The difference between this Jamba and the one at Newpark was that the guy at the register was making suggestions on how we could substitute the orange juice for other fruits. I was grateful that he had helpful suggestions and we were happy with the end result. I will stick with this location when I am craving Jamba!
