I actually came here twice and forgot to post a review. For both times, I had coupons to use and decided to drop by, right before it expires. Customer service was okay. There were no small talk. I got what I needed and left.

I like the food here but this location will try to sneak upcharges in on their customers. Ordered a special meal deal for $ 4.99 at the drive thru. I was given a choice between a medium or a large drink. I went with medium and then was told my price was now almost $ 6.50. When I picked up my food and challenged the price the lady told me I upgraded from the small offer to a medium, then poured me a small drink and fixed the price. That would have been a dollar for 4oz of soda. Don’t be shady.

I like this location because they have efficient service even late at night, usually I’m left waiting for my food forever but I haven’t had that happen to me at this particular location.

Pretty weak meals. I hadn’t had a Jack-in-the-Box lunch meal in a while and what I got for almost $ 7 was pitiful. I ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich and curly fries. The sandwich was over cooked. The chicken filet was thin and dry and they didn’t give me any tomato. The small fries were just a child’s handful. You could literally get a meal of this size for half the price through the value menu at another fast food joint. Pitiful. Just pitiful.

I don’t usually eat at fast food places because they are overall super unhealthy but came here real quick one morning for breakfast. Ordered the grande sausage breakfast burrito although it came with everything except sausage ! It’s called the grande SAUSAGE burrito for a reason, to have the sausage in it lol also the service was horrible :/

I rarely ever come to this area, only when I want Del Taco. But unfortunately, it was closed so I had to come to the only thing that was open… Jack In The Box. What’s good about this location is that the workers, I feel, are genuinely caring for your meal. The girl that helped me out at 3AM was nice and asked if I wanted any additional sauces… and of course she hooked it up with some salsa, hot sauce, and buttermilk. Gotta love extra condiments.

Food speaks for itself so I come back but this location has the rudest service people ever!

Worst jack in the box experience in my life. We were the first people in line; took them 10 minutes to finally take our order. Then we waited another 20 min for our food. Curly fries were warm not hot. Food was totally wrong. Had to wait another 10 min to get out correct food. And the order was still wrong. So we just left it at that and ate it. Coke was all watered down too. Everyone there looked like they didn’t know what was going on. Multiple people had wrong orders. It was just bad. Usually this jack in the box is good too

First time checking in here went thru the drive thru. lady maria was taking the order. She was rude and kept rushing me! No customer service skills. I told her I want iced coffee… and she asked which coffee I told her regular and she rudely said«well thats what I was trying to ask you earlier». RUDE!!. At the window she just gave me the food and had her back to me the whole time because I need more napkins, I just left. Not even a thank you from her. They put the wrong lady at the drive thru. Atleast the indian lady at cedar jack in box introduces herself and good customer service skills. She cracks me up though lol. but yah hire better staff.

One star for hygiene. I order the same #12 chicken strip combo for someone else every visit. I have not eaten here in at least ten years. I think of their menu items as industrial quality road«food.» And just what is that greasy liquid mystery meat looking stuff in that taco filling? The bad: On my most recent run through the drive thru I noticed how extremely filthy the kitchen food prep area was. Garbage was all over the floor. The milk shake machine appeared broken, with splattered goop everywhere. The staff appeared to care less. The ESL/special economic needs staff seems to turn over weekly. The Good: I admire the owners for hiring a multitude of willing workers, most likely not otherwise employable. However, this place never ever closes, period. Tip: don’t look in the drive thru window while waiting for your mystery edibles bag.

Okay, so I normally do NOT review fast food chains, as I think they are all about the same. NOPE! NOTTHISONE! I went to this Jack In The Box during my lunch hour(emphasis on HOUR) and it was the shittest decision I have ever made. I figured I would be in and out of the place to give me time to take a small nap in my car. There were 2 or 3 people in front of me when I walked into the restaurant. I ordered 4 tacos and a chicken sandwich. That should’ve taken less than 2 minutes, tops, to give me my order. But did it happen? NO! I WAITED20MINUTESTOGETMYFOOD. The people that ordered after me got their food before I did! And while I was waiting for my food, 3 people complained about their order saying they got it wrong, didn’t add a side of onion rings, or the cashier made it a combo when they didnt ask for it. Shitty service. Shitty store. DONOTEVERCOMETOTHISJACKINTHEBOX!

This is at least the third time they forgot something in my drive thru window order. This time I at least had not yet left the parking lot and was able to walk in and get my forgotten items. My onion rings were not edible. I think they sat under the warmer for awhile because they tasted extremely stale. I don’t normally go to this one but I certainly remember it being better at least the last time I went.

Jack in a Box got a makeover, the inside looks good with new décor! The food is pretty much the same and solid. Jack also gets credit for being open late and being the savior for the partiers.

3.5 stars imo. Jack in the Box is what it is. The service here is always friendly but not the fastest. However as a chain it carries the largest selection all day long. The chicken combo look slightly smaller than advertised but the portion is still pretty big for its’ price. The bacon has little taste but is thin and crispy. So I thought it was worth the value. And this location is much more quite and friendly than other JIB around this area, hence 3.5 stars.

I love Jack In The Box! This particular location is located in the Ardenwood Area of Fremont, by the Ardenwood Historic Farm and Dumbarton Bridge. It is open 24 hours, for everyone’s convenience and for those late night munchies! I usually order a 20 Piece Chicken McNuggets and a Vanilla Shake or even an Oreo Shake. Even though the Chicken McNuggets are the same price as McDonald’s, there a little bit smaller but they taste better! The Vanilla Shake tastes awesome! That’s a pretty good meal, right there. Service at this location is decent, when you walk in, you may have to wait a few minutes for them to be able to take your order because there making the food and taking care of the Drive Thru. The workers here really put the effort in to makig sure the customer is having a great experience. The dinning area is pretty well kept and clean. Overall, this is a great Jack In The Box, 4 stars!

This has to be the best JITB for miles. The people are friendly at all hours. The one lady in the morning(Deepa) is so, so friendly. The food is prepared perfect. Just so you know I live in north Hayward and I drive about 10 miles to go to this one.

I love the two deep-fried tacos for $ 1.00 and it doesn’t get any better than that. Staff always work hard to be polite and friendly so kudos to them Bathroom is clean and tables are clean. Hey it’s a fast food place what do you want…

If you ever to decide to come here for late night weekend munchies, guess what. This location gets my «WORSTDRIVETHRUAWARD». I came here with my sister to get me some sobering up food. In front of us was about five other cars. As we rolled up to the line, the last car in line backed out and drove away. I was thinking, cool one less car in front of us. Twenty minutes later and the line has not even moved an inch. Suddenly, the driver in car in front of us wanted to back out and leave. Luckily there was no one behind us and followed right after. I should have went to Mc Donald’s in the first place across the way. No line and no wait. DEUCES!

This has to be one of the worst Jack in the Box restaurants I’ve ever been to. I only started going to this particular restaurant because it’s just down the street from my apartment. So I’ve been here several times, and every single time the wait was LONG and the service was consistently terrible. Strike one: I pulled into the drive-thru line one day, with NO other cars in front of me. Not only did it take them almost 5 minutes to greet me at the speakerbox but they also got my order wrong. I should mention that I noticed a full staff inside, with no other customers to be seen. Strike two: I went inside to order some breakfast, and while there was nobody ahead of me, it still took 5 minutes for somebody to come up to the register to take my order. Note: While there were about 3 cars that I could see outside waiting in the drive-thru, somebody should at least acknowledge a waiting customer inside the restaurant. After ordering(a simple combo meal), I waited for at least 15 minutes for my food to come out. Strike three: I tried the drive-thru line again(this time at night), and while it(again) took them a while to answer the speakerbox, by the time I got up to the window, the worker inside kept the drive-thru window closed while he joked around with his co-workers. I could tell from the horseplay that they weren’t working at all. As a matter of fact, the worker looked irritated that he had to help me out at all, indicated by his annoyance and tone when he finally opened the window. Maybe a change in career would be good for this guy? Anyways, I’ve had varying experiences at OTHER Jack in the Box restaurants, but it was this particular one that I’ve found consistently terrible. I highly recommend driving to a different Jack in the Box if you’re looking for good(and timely) service.
