Jack in the Box

Went there for breakfast. ordered the jumbo breakfast platter. first of all it isn’t jumbo. I went and ordered the jumbo breakfast platter and my pancakes were hard. they remind me of small CD’S took it back. they had an attitude about it. it’s a shame and I use to like the place but now I will go somewhere from now on.

Get people that take your order to speak ENGLISH
I cannot understand the guy who works there Sunday mornings.
Food is good. Just the language barrier.

i placed an order at the drivethru, then went to the window. i had a pack of cigarettes laying on the passenger seat, the girl at the window asked if she could have one. seriously? i said no, they’re not mine. but then i was concerned she would do something to the food.

I remember when this location had the Clown in the box. I also remember when this was the only fast food location in Fremont open late! Many late night munchie runs back in the day. They used to have nachos, a bowl of chips swimming in cheese sauce with jalapenos. Was great for munchies!
Not much parking, but this is one of the few fast food places where I usually use the drive-​thru. They have always got my order correct.

So good of employees, they kind and are in time and they gave it with all the things we need …

I was hungry, as I had served Jury Duty all morning and early afternoon, then had to come in to the office to work several hours before I could go home.
I did not pack a lunch, and had forgotten to bring with me a meal bar to munch on.
So, I «fell-​back» (or fell off the wagon) to the trusty ol’ Drive Thru — which I had sworn off for well over a year now. I just don’t like the idea of eating while driving, and eating out of a bag!
The JitB Drive Thru was somewhat efficient, though you would expect a little better service in the middle of the afternoon when it was not peak demand hours! Oh, and would it «kill you» to say hello, thank you, and possibly other «human» interactions with your clients?
The food, if you want to call it that, luckily didn’t make me sick, but being that I have not had greasy fast food in over a year, I did notice it slowed me down, and slightly upset my stomach — I should have known better, it is my fault!
Will I be back… Probably someday, but not anytime soon!

RUDE AS HELL. Asked me what drink I would like. I gave it a good 3 seconds of thought and she SCREAMED at me. How did she get the position of team leader, doesn’t make sense to me!!!

I’ve been to this location several times. I’ve never had a bad meal here, except for that time I got the tacos. The fries and chicken nuggets always come out hot.

I have had with this location. Customer sucks! They don’t listen to my order they always get my order wrong, I always have to double check if my order is right even make sure I have sugar for coffee. N eve very time I have to ask for my receipt. The drive thru tenant talks over me when I trying to give an order… I’m done!
There is a jack in the box on Osgood go there better.

Cahsier (Supervisor??) does not wash her hands after handling cash before touching fries and tacos. The local taco stands wash ther hands and this Jack in the Box is an actual restaurant…
Overal, service was slow and under staffed.

This place sucks at night. It’s ok during the day but at night it really goes downhill. They don’t put enough flavor in the shakes the chocolate shake looks like the vanilla shake. The last time I went at night they gave me raw tacos. There ok in the day but at night watch out.

egg roll i ordered was on the burnt side… drive-​thru took about 10 minutes. too slow. i specifically said NO cheese on my jumbo jack and they still gave me cheese. NOT good for people with certain food allergies! lesson to be learned. good to double check your order at the drive thru before leaving. BUT never coming back to this spot again.

Staff was friendly to me, was prompt with drive-​thru service and made excellent sourdough jack sandwiches which aren’t too hard to screw up. Jumbaco!

I don’t endorsed food here since they are pretty calorific. I visited here for a quick snack because of a late lunch. My order took almost 10min and it was just a simple chicken nugget.
The chicken nuggets were very hot (as in temperature). So they probably made a new batch for me. I do like that.
The restaurant is pretty small as most customers are drive-​through.
I will suggest others to consider the In-​n-​Out @ AutoMall instead of this chain.

If i could i would give this place no stars! They are completely rude and like to pocket your money! BEWARE and make sure u get the right change if not all of it!

This is the worst Jack in the Box EVER! The workers are extremely rude (excluding the elders of course).
Every time I’ve either gotten sick or my food came out looking like shit.
I ordered the fish sandwich twice (first time wasn’t sure if it was the sandwich or coffee intake of the day that had me sick) and both times it had me in terrible stomach cramps. After the second time I decided not to come here. however hanging out with some friends one night they decided to come here.
And me having the munchies I decided that getting some jalapeño poppers should be a safe choice.
Upon entering the window the workers were laughing, could barely say anything to us (which was extremely confusing). But whatever. we paid got our food. I open my box and my poppers were completely deformed. They weren’t even in tact, half the cheese was missing in most of them. Not only was this disappointing but it made me mad as hell that they fucking laughed at us, saw what the product looked liked and didn’t even bother making a new batch. Fucking assholes –_–

This jack in the box has you wait inline for 15 minutes without helping the
first person inline and then handles the money and then handles your food
over and over again without washing their hands or using anything on them vary unsanitary and a waste of my time 0 stars

This is the Jack-​in-​the-​Box Restaurant I go to when I need to pick-​up a meal for my nephew when he needs to eat. The value menu is great for him. He usually wants to get a small bacon cheese burger and small fries. The bill for the two items came out to little over three dollars but according to my nephew, it was a gourmet meal for him.
I like the service of the people working there. Always friendly and with a smile. The restaurant is small but I usually take-​out for my nephew.
Overall, a great place to visit for burger and fries. One day I have to get a Teriyaki Bowl for my nephew to experience. I’ll write on that experience later.
