Hayden Electrolysis

My fiancé– now hubby found this place for me and made me an appointment. The lady was so nice and gentle and knows my regular lady. She even offered to give me names of other electrolysis practitioners when I move out of state.

Sina is fantastic. She deals with my schedule changes and genuinely cares about your level of pain tolerance. Great precision and takes lots of care to do the procedure. Love going to her. And results are looking great.

Rita Hayden is totally awesome. I started going to remove unwanted hairs on my cheeks. Thats when i lived in Fremont. Now that i moved to Mountain View, i still drive out there. My skin looks and feels so smooth. My confidence has skyrocketed. The minor pain is well worth it. She applies numbing lotion before the treatment and after the treatment applies a healing german lotion. The prices are very reasonable. Rita is super friendly and we always talk about life and the latest world news to make the process enjoyable!

I’ve been coming to Rita for about 8 years in total. She did my upper lip for about 3 years until I was able to just come in for touch ups, up to 10 months apart or more.
My mom has been coming to Rita for almost 20 years now. She comments that Rita is the best she’s had and that Rita can get the job job. I believe it.
Rita does an excellent job. She’s very gentle yet firm, is efficient, explains whatever you want to know regarding the process, and also cares about you! She gives little ice packs after and this special german cream to help the area heal after electrolysis. Great customer service. I would highly, highly recommend Rita Hayden for any electrolysis work.
Advice for first timers:
–Make sure to use the Emla numbing cream (Rita can tell you where to get it)
–when you get here, you go through a small salon first to get to Rita’s lobby
–If Rita is on vacation, never fear. She always has a back up person that you can go to. My mom and I have been to Sena. She’s great! Super nice and friendly too.

Have been a client of Rita’s off and on for many years. My dermatologist recommended her and after trying many other types of treatment including laser have found this is the only one that has helped permanently remove hair. She has become a friend and I look forward to our visits when i go, which is about every 5 weeks now. Yes there is some pain involved but it is minimal when compared to the joy of seeing the hair disappear.

Rita at Hayden Electrolysis is excellent. She takes her time to explain the procedure and make sure that everything is clear so that you are confident in the treatment. I was originally recommended to her by my doctor and this was the only electrologist that they would recommend in the Fremont area. I have always been very satisfied with her services and feel that I get great value for my money. Rita is also very personable and easy to talk with while you are having the treatment. I highly recommend Hayden Electrolysis.

Hayden Electrolysis is the best in town! I’ve used other places when I was out of town and they were no match to Hayden Electrolysis for its cleanliness and professionalism. I must admit it hurt a bit every time but am amazed at the end results (until) the smaller guys grow back. This is why I’ve been going there for more than 11 years even after I’ve already achieved my main goal (dark and coarse hair gone). I now go visit for old area touch up (very minor) and working on new areas. Rita Hayden, the owner, is very organized and very thorough about the treatment and post-​treamnet. She made sure you understand what you can do and or use to minimize the discomfort. Besides, she is very friendly and great to chat with while she’s working on me. She is alway on-​time unless she is delayed by previous client (s) so catch her first appointment in the morning or in the afternoon.

Rita is the best, she’s amazing at what she does, very skilled and detailed and makes you feel comfortable. Friendly cute little atmosphere, very sterile. I’ve been coming to her a little more then a year and it’s all about patience, and you see results. Unlike laser hair removal that will come back, electrolysis is permanent. I can see a big difference in my hair growth, it now grows slower and alot softer like fine baby hair. Some of the hair is gone! Rita is the most experienced and best in the field. If you want to get rid of any bothersome body, facial hair, Rita Hayden is the person to go to.

Rita is the second electrologist I have been to, and she is by far the more professional and knowledgeable regarding the cleanliness and comfort clients expect. She is incredibly kind, polite, and pleasant to be around. It doesn’t hurt that she is also quite intelligent and can make interesting and thoughtful conversation if you are feeling so inclined.
The only issue I have ever had is that because she is so forgiving of others’ schedules, she does frequently run behind a few minutes. However, she always makes up the time that session or will tack it onto another appointment as your schedule allows. I believe it is the best compromise for our busy lives, and I have always felt my time to be respected.
I make my appointments in two hour blocks, and Rita is quite accommodating in helping the time fly by in comfort. She will play requested soothing music, allow me to take phone calls as needed, chat if I’m in the mood, or note when I am feeling more up to resting my eyes in peace for a while. Pain management is also handled with care to make things as pleasant as possible. Rita has pain relief on hand and will use upon request in general, but she is also proactive when working on especially sensitive areas.
Overall, I highly recommend Hayden Electrolysis for treatment.
