I used this company based on being told that this team was their Star team. After the first clean I found that the hearth was not cleaned (White paint is easy to clean), stains on the wood floors in three places were not removed, wood floors not clean, the range hood was wiped only as far as the person could reach with a damp cloth (For grease, seriously?) and there were mineral stains on one of the toilets.
Then they said that the following clean would be $ 10 more because it took them too long!!!
I am less than impressed with this «STAR» team and will continue to clean my house, myself going forward.

We’ve been using Happy Housekeepers for many years now. They do a solid job, have always been very trustworthy, and the price seems good. They’re also willing to add specific tasks if you ask them (i.e., spots that might not get cleaned as part of the normal bi-​weekly visit).
On the down side, they sometimes forget to call us when they’re sick or there’s a scheduling change, which can be frustrating. It’s hard to tell if this is an issue with the team or with Happy Housekeepers. Also, the first team we had ended up damaging a piece of furniture when they spilled some cleaning supplies. They got quite defensive, and we had to switch to another team. No similar problems since then.

Kind of hit-​or-​miss, depending on which team you get. They can be great, and the price is reasonable.
