All I can say is just absolutely wow these people are the most ignorant culturally insensitive people I’ve ever meet I booked an appointment to get my stretch marks looked at to see if it would be worth to get laser treatment on them the lady at the front desk went over everything with me and confirmed my name and appointment and then had to sit and wait for the lady who would do the procedure for the stretch marks and evaluation really older white American lady came out introduced herself and said she would be doing the procedure in evaluating what I need it done took me to the back where the doctor’s office was after her evaluated my stretch marks as we were walking out one of the doctors who was a really older white american guy in the hallway stops and stares at me with horrified look on his face as if he has seen a huge poisonous spider crawling I go to the front to see exactly how much it would be to go further with the surgery the lady told me it would the 300 per treatment she said I needed multiple treatments I said okay that’s fine she also said with my skin tone that alot of times the skin reacts not the same with the person who has white skin so I will not achieve the same results as a person who has lighter skin than me I made a remark by saying maybe I would be better off going back to my country and getting this done both of the ladies who were assisting me with this looked at each other confused I asked them is something wrong she looks at me and goes oh you’re not African American I said no I told her we’re both of my parents are from they looked at me completely shocked after that I told them about how I wanted to remove 80% of my stretch marks they asked me how are you going to be able to afford this its so expensive u can’t afford it I went on saying it’s cheaper to be done in Columbia or Brazil versus the United States then they ask me if I wanted to do the procedure that day why on earth would I want to do the procedure after you just assumed ethnicity which you got totally wrong and on top of that you just told me I can’t afford laser surgery I will never come here ever again

My husband and I found out about Fremont laser on Groupon and went in for some treatments. Our experience was TERRIBLE. Very unprofessional, no eye cotact, facial was horrible. Cleaning my facing was a joke, while getting my facial other employees would walk in and get equipment. I requested a FULL refund, I hae to go through Groupon to get, pray for me! I WILL never go here again, plus they called me a liar.

I have been going here for about 6 months now. I get Botox injections from Carolyn. She is professional yet funny and makes you feel so comfortable. All the staff including Dr, Brown are wonderful. I found this place and so many more on Unilocal :)

I had laser treatment here for my skin, and paid $ 800 for the services rendered. After about a month, I saw no improvement in my skin, and I greatly regret coming here. I regret spending money here because not only did my skin not improve at all, the laser treatment I undergone was very painful. I don’t think their equipment is the most technologically advanced, and I actually got better results after visiting another laser place. I’m not happy with the service and it was a waste of time and money for me.

Dr Brown performed surgery on me last year to remove my gallbladder. Dr Brown was very helpful explaining everything to me and my family also was great with follow up. The office staff are extremely wonderful and professional!!! I highly recommend him to anyone!!!

I’ve used Fremont Laser and Skin Care’s services periodically over the past year and they are five stars because:
1) The place is always super clean.
2) The staff is friendly and will make you feel comfortable.
3) The price is cheaper than most similar establishments in the Bay Area.
4) The medical staff does a great job of informing their patients on pros/​cons or recommended procedures — they’re truly invested in the best outcome for the patient, not just selling as many services as possible.
5) Awesome customer service! If your treatment doesn’t deliver the expected result (for instance, laser hair removal takes longer due to your skin and hair pigment) they will work with you to make sure you’re not paying more than initially planned.
Highly recommended!

I was searching for the right place to get some of my face lines filled in. After going to two other places for consults, as soon as I walked into this one, I knew it was for me. No over the top decorating, just a calm at home peaceful place. The lady at the front, Belinda was super nice and not fake! Then when I met Donna I knew for sure this was right. So personal and nice. I felt like I was visiting a friend. The most important part of the visit was they did NOT try to up sell me. The procedure went quick and I LOVE my results. I will be going back again. Thanks Donna and Belinda!

Went here for laser hair removal. Donna is great, but if they are very busy, she can rush so not always thorough, but overall can’t complain. I had to stop when I’d only had a few session due to lack of funds, but even after partial treatment, there was a considerable reduction in hair growth. I look forward to going back once $ is not such an issue.
It hurts a bit, but not too bad, and I only had minor redness that was gone within a few hours. I stayed red longer from waxing!

Fremont Laser is amazing. I have had problem skin since childhood. With the knowledge provided by Donna I have wonderful skin now. The services provided by Donna from laser Hair removal to Botox, this is a place you can trust. From the moment you enter the office you are greeted by Belinda who puts you at ease. I highly recommend Fremont Laser.

I’m the type of person that has always had problems with razor burn no matter what I tried, so the thought of never having to shave again sounded too good to be true! Dr. Brown’s office for laser hair removal was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I took their advise. The results have been so incredible that I have decided to continue doing laser hair removal on other parts of my body besides my original plan of «only my armpits».
At first I was nervous about the thoughts of pain that I might have to endure, but the staff and doctor were so reassuring that the only thing I had to tackle were those nerves… the pain was nothing compared to the constant irritation I have had from razor burn over the years!
I highly recommend, not only laser hair removal, but Dr. Brown of Fremont Laser (from what I understand they offer a variety of other treatments as well).
This has been one of the best decisions I have made!

Donna botoxed me up wonderfully. The procedure is fast, easy-​shmeasy (I did it on my lunch break), and lasted about 3 ½ months. Donna was very nice and honest and put my nervous mind at ease. I had a very small amount of bruising that lasted roughly one week. Then POW, take that, frown lines! I loved it and would/​will do it again in a heartbeat.

I’ve always wanted to get laser hair removal (never have to shave again!) and found this place through a recommendation who said that Dr. Brown and his nurses really take care of you. When I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly woman at the front desk who asked me to put my name down. There were plenty of magazine choices to pick from and the waiting room was small but clean. When I was called for my appointment I was nervous since I knew this was supposed to be more painful than waxing.
Donna, my nurse, was chatty which put me more at ease. The lasers they use there are customized for your skin and hair color, which allows them to be more effective. They also use a cooling system before lasering that lessens the pain. I was going in for my underarms, and was pleasantly surprised by the small amount of pain. It felt like someone was snapping rubber bands against my skin. It takes about 4 or 5 visits to remove the hair, but it also depends on your skin and hair color.
Overall, I give Fremont Laser 5 stars for their staff who is experienced and VERY friendly. There is plenty of parking, but I took BART and only had to walk a couple of minutes to the clinic!
Dr. Brown and his nurses also do Botox, Restylane, Varicose Vein treatment, Laser face lifts, and some other services. I’m not sure I’m ready for any of that yet, but I was really happy with my experience and will probably go back to get more laser hair removal!
