I found this place next to the indian cinema as i passed by. Very convenient location wrh lots of parking.
I have gotten three apple iphone 6s under att contract unlocked with wade. All have been working perfect and got them done within a few days. One of my phones took only 15 minutes!
I sent the phones to india and they are all happy!
Very pleased with the service will recommend anyone to unlock their phone here.

Got my Samsung S3 AT&T flashed over to Metro PCS in less than an hour. They even got all my numbers transfered over and I was using my phone before leaving the mall. Great fast and reliable services. I will be referring my friends and family.

5 stars for amazing service and quick, well-​done repairs! I’ve been here twice (bc I’m so clumsy) and Wade fixed my phone within the hour love the customer service and the quality of work. Theyve even fixed problems with my phone that a previous a screen repair shop messed up on.

Out of all honesty his business and work on phones is extremely fast and amazing. Ive been to several other shops because i constantly break my phone due to how clumsy i am. I have paid overprice for a simple screen replacement at other shops and my phone always had a glitching problem too but as soon as he offered to replace my screen with such a reasonable price i couldn’t say no. Ever since he fixed my phone no more glitches and a brand new screen it felt amazing. thanks to his fast and amazing business my phone is as good as new.

I’ve never had a phone repaired here, but I’ve bought several iPhone accessories here including screen protectors and cases. He is always helpful and quick. Nice guy too, and with good customer services and reasonable prices too!

Beware of this guy Wade. he is a very dishonest buisness man!!! I came here and paid him 85 dollars to flash my Samsung S6 Gsm phone from ATT & T
METRO service. when it didnt even need any such thing. ANY Metro store you walk in, they will gladly connect it for FREE with only a 15 $ SIM card fee since they have incorporated with T-​mobile. Sweet, right?! .but the store owner here kept quiet about that and sold me this Free Service for 85 $ without ever mentioning a thing. His defense was: Oh you still need my skills and service to get the Web working as Metro cant give you that.?? as if i wasnt gonna find out later from Metro provider that they support T-​mobile phones without any «Flash service»
I am going to BBB to report this matter and Metro PCS as well. This is no way to make buisness in America guy and please go read one of them books on being «an honest business man» it’s a real handsome title ! ! !

For those who don’t want to read my whole review:
1. Didn’t give final price in quote
2. Did not honor his warranty
3. Left screws screwed in incompletely and at an angle
4. Texted my phone without consent
Over the phone he quoted me the $ 79 price to fix my iPhone 5S screen, but he charges tax. If you know you’re gonna tax it, either say PLUS TAX or tell me the end price.
He also told me flat out «There’s a 30-​day warranty if something happens with your screen», being that I’m within that 30 day period and the screen cracked, I went in to get it fixed again. Alas, despite his unspecific, and thus inclusive, description of the warranty, he turned me away saying it’s only if the screen gets lines on it or something. From my experience in retail, you are to honor what is advertised even when it is incorrect because it’s the fault of the business, not the consumer.
Also, when I picked up my phone the screws by the microphone were screwed in at an angle and obviously not all the way in. Thankfully I had the screw driver to fix it with, but come on.
Finally, about 20 minutes after I picked up my phone he texted me asking me to write a review (I’ll post a picture). Since honesty and transparency are important in reviews, at that point I figured I shouldn’t seeing as he hadn’t paid the attention to detail that you’d want from someone performing such a service. Clearly I don’t feel the need to extend that kindness anymore.
I’m not sure how to respond to a comment on my own review so, Wade, here’s my response:
I have no issue with what your warranty is, the issue is that it was misrepresented and then not honored as such. Pretty much the definition of improper business practices.

After searching and researching tons of places to get my sprint phone activated I found flash2unlock in Fremont. I was recommended by many people I know who have gone to this place and have been happy getting their phones done.
I’m from Hayward and although it’s a bit of a drive it’s worth it over these stores who cannot help people.
I had a sprint iPhone 5 and nobody could get it done and when I called here they said NO PROBLEMO! He said getting it flasher will take about 30 minutes or less and he was right. The guys named is wade and he’s super chill and gets the job done fast and knows people’s time is important.
In 30 minutes I walked out with service. Will come back for more stuff and recommend others also.

Went to Flash to unlock my iPhone 5s. Wade got it done as he said he would in the time he promised. The phone works great now with my new carrier. Thanks for the help, Wade! Will be back with any other phone business!

Wade is a phone magician. I had a metro phone lying around for a long time and finally got it unlocked.
Got the unlock codes and the phone is free to roam
Be prepared to sit for 15min-​20min for unlock (or do a later pickup)
The place was free wifi was the wait was really not that bad :)

I found flash to unlock through a friend of mine we got a iPhone Apple iPhone 5s screen replaced it was done under 30 minutes and it was a brand-​new screen again will definitely recommend this place to L my other friends and family thank you again flash to unlock

So, my older brother told me about this really cool place where he unlocked an iphone for his daughter (my niece) and when I mentioned to him that I was going to head over to the MetroPCS retailer on Stevenson blvd in Fremont he immediatey said to go try Flash 2 Unlock first so since he’s my brother I decided to trust his advice and try it out.
As soon as I walked in, I only waited less than a minute for one customer ahead of me and was helped right away. The whole process took less than 7 minutes and I was on my way to unlocking my phone so that I could switch to a better network with more data! The other Metro retailer on Stevenson blvd told me that I had to wait up to a WEEK! to get my phone unlocked but the young gentleman who helped me out here said it would only take 1 – 2 DAYS MAX! That is awesome news… music to my ears! I cant wait to pick up my unlocked phone tomorrow!

Plenty of parking, public transportation accessible (BART, bus, taxi, etc. The prices are very reasonable and it seems there is something for everyone here! Check it out. Special thanks to my other brother for referring me!

I first came to flash 2 unlock for my husbands Samsung Galaxy because it got no signal and wouldn’t get any network. We called wade to see if he can help and yes he did fix it in 24 hours and our galaxy s4 was up and running.
The second time I came was to get my iPhone 5 screen and frame replaced when I had it dropped. They fixed it in one hour. I also bought tampered glass and got a free case.
Very professional and great customer service.
