Great experience today. DIANE was a delight to work with. She made the signing process painless. Helps that we were selling and not buying less paperwork. She was prompt and friendly. She got us in and out and didn’t waste our time. She was very thorough and had very clear explanations of what we were signing and why. I appreciated the way she conducted business.
I did talk to a Dee Dee, I think it was, on the phone ans she was rude. If she was my only exposure to the company I would not have a good review. But hoping she was just having a bad day and she won’t be like that again.
Hopefully if you have to work with them Diane handles your business.

Terrible service. Krystle Wilson advised escrow check was mailed out the same day, only to find out it wasn’t mailed out until 2 days later. Very poor customer service, they kept advising to wait another day for the mail, and still have not cancelled the check and had it delivered by courier like they said. Terrible company, as they just want to hold your deposit and collect interest on it opposed to return the deposit after pulling out. After nearly 2 weeks still have not recieved escrow deposit, BBB should be contacted with a complaint for this terrible business.
