This place is hidden in a small shopping center between some Indian stores and one of East Bays yummiest taqueria. My sons wanted a Monsters Inc theme birthday party and something kept telling me to check here. sure enough they had some! SCORE!!! The one main girl who works the cash register night is very helpful and friendly. The only thing is make sure u look at the prices because not everything is a dollar. :)

This little gem in Fremont is a wonderful shop for last minute balloons, decorations and party goods! I went to Party City for a child’s crown and they were sold out. Dollar Bargain Center had a nice variety of crowns, gift bags and tissue. All toys are pthalate free (plastic softeners) and lead free. The owner is very sweet and friendly and there’s always lots of parking. Lots of kids project supplies too!
