Super service by Kalvin T. Thank you Kalvin. Kudos to the cooks as well, I really enjoyed my food tonight.

It’s a little cold inside. But the employees make you feel warm! They are so kind! And fast service is always good. I’m pregnant so I love when my breakfast happens without any problems Thanks all of you at DENNYS!

Usually, they offer good services. I sometimes go there for dinners and their foods and drinks are nice! I think I would go there again.

Came in on a Friday morning not busy at all I thought they weren’t open maybe because it was so dark and empty. My to go food is cold and they forgot my French toast and charged me for toast ! They wanted me to double check my bag to before I left that’s your job. Not going back… Train your staff

I had thought long and hard about writing this review and finally decided after tonight’s experience I should. I have been here many times, but other times it was about the same. slow service no refills on water. Tonight, I was really tired from a long day at work. When I went home to pick up my brother for dinner, he said«let’s go to Denny’s. I said«Okay, fine» But then we decided to order take out. I called them twice and they didn’t answer. By the third time I called, they answered and was really rude. I ordered my food and i was assuming it was a guy said it would be about 15 minutes. I was thinking ok fair. After 15 minutes, I went out and went to get my take-out. Upon approaching the waitress, I had said nicely, Hi I have a takeout order. She said name. I told her my name. and then she replied. It doesn’t seem like you ordered take out. I was completely shocked. I was like I called 15 minutes ago and the person on the phone said 15 minutes. She replied would u like to order again. No apology. I said No, I do not want to waste my time waiting here again for my food. I then went across to Carl’s Jr. to get dinner for my brother and me. Never will I visit here again.

I wish I could give this Zero stars. We Sat down and didn’t get acknowledged for about 20 minutes. Our waitress was rude and said nothing to us about the wait just said«you ready» then took our order. All the food was brought out but one was brought out 10 – 15 minutes after everyone else’s. Food was so gross and looked microwaved. We brought it up to manager and he did not seem like that was the first time he’s heard this and just said«okay bye» never a sorry. Needless to say I didn’t eat the food and walked Across the way to a decent breakfast at Carl’s Jr!!!

I came in last night at about 9:30 p.m. The same host seated me, and he also waited on me. It was a little less crowded than my last visit, but it also looked like the host was the only server on(probably someone else was). I ordered basically the same meal as last time. This time they got my order right, and it came quickly. Right on!

This was the worst Denny’s I have ever been too. First, the woman who waited on us was(named Autumn) was terrible at customer service. I went it on a Saturday night with around 8 people and after I kindly asked her to split our check she came back and said that we will all be designated a number. She went around the table as we ordered our meals and said, «Okay, number 2/¾/5…what do you want?» She did not know that such information could be appropriately kept to herself and just written down on her pad of paper. Awkward. Second, when our food started to come out it came out in parts. Literally, 2 people got parts of their meal and then others got other parts of their meals. Naturally, this made everyone very uncomfortable about how to deal with dining etiquette. For myself and one of our friends it took 20+ minutes to get our food. Others were already done with it. It was so inappropriate. Finally, after about 15 minutes I asked her if she could check on our food. I understand that she is not the one cooking/prepping our meals but it’s up to her to ensure that we all dine together and feel comfortable. Denny’s is not a fancy restaurant but I have been to Denny’s in groups before(even late night) and never had to deal with that kind of a situation. Third, she never came to refill our drinks, I ran out of water, thankfully I had a friend with extra water. The service was despicable. Finally, to top off the terrible outing, I asked to speak with the manager(short, older bald man) at the end and he didn’t even come over to me. In fact, when he was told that I wanted to see him and leave my comments, he looked at his co worker Andrew(who was also incredibly rude), and dismissed needing to do his job and listen to the patron that just dined at his restaurant. In all, the worst Denny’s experience I have had to date. Please do not visit here, it’s an embarrassment to the late night dining establishment.

My local breakfast place. Their food is of course Dennys but I love the old music they play. Nice listening to it instead of all the other crazy music that’s out there while we eat. The servers are very nice too

Very hit or miss on service and food depending on when you go and who’s working. It’s your typical Denny’s but sometimes service can be quite slow. The benefit is that this place is one of the few places that is open 24⁄7 in Fremont.

Headed back from a weekend trip in Santa Clara and despite me being in the back seat on the Unilocal app trying to find nearby breakfast options, we ended up on Denny’s — this is what our driver wanted so I guess that’s what we’re all having. I have never looked at a menu and been so disappointed. What is special about anything on the menu? And for such a large chain of restaurants, why does it seem like the options are so very limited? And why is your menu layout so confusing? I usually have no problem pinging something to eat, specially breakfast, but I struggled with this. I finally decided on the hearty breakfast skillet — sausage, potatoes, veggies, cheese, and two eggs cooked however you want. Where is the flavor in this? How can sausage not have flavor? A bottle of hot sauce was the only thing redeeming this. The restaurant itself feels run down and everything has that sticky feeling like too many bottles of syrup have been spilled and a little kid with sticky hands went around touching everything. The wait wasn’t too long, but it surprised me that we had to wait at all since there were tables open when we walked in. Occasionally I’ll see a Denny’s commercial and think«ooh, that kind of looks good». But now I know that it’s just good advertising and the product won’t live up to it.

Honesty, what can you expect from Denny’s? mediocre food, mediocre customer service, and«copy-and-paste» old diner theme environment. I went to this Denny’s with a friend to have a Sunday brunch. I ordered super bird sandwich, and my friend ordered a vanilla milkshake and sample platter with chicken strips and cheese sticks, and we paid about $ 24, but at the end it was just full stomach and full of disappointment. I knew the food we ordered would not look as same as on the menu, but when the foods came out, it was too disappointing, and tastes was just mediocre. My super bird sandwich was just flat, there were two slice of turkey breast, one piece of bacon cut in half, and two slices of unripe tomato, and bottom side of sourdough was not toasted all the way. Also fries was cold and soggy. My friend’s chicken strip and cheese stick came out cold, and dry as well. Also, the waitress told us that she will get us utensils, but she never did.(although we didn’t need it, but still, come on, when we sat down, there were not a single napkin, and after the order came out, she just put two napkins.) Anyways, overall it was horrible experience. I expected Denny’s would be just in the middle, but it was sub par, and total disappointment.

Pretty standard hometown denny’s. The service is usually abysmal but recently it’s been pretty on point. Their appetizers are always full of that hung-over grease you need and their desserts are always a nice treat after you try to win a bear out of a claw-machine for 45 minutes and epically fail. Tip: It’s pay at the front when your done and you leave the tip on the table, plus you can’t go wrong with a grand slam combo!

I like Denny’s food. It was my first time in this branch. So I ordered the omelette which is my favorite in Denny ‘s. It was good, but different from the ones I had before. The tea is not good. It’s a very big restaurant and looked like it can host dinner for 200 people. The staff was very friendly. They have some offers on burgers at low price. This place is good for both lonely saints and people that travel like goat herds.

My boyfriend and I only come here when we’re drunk and feeling really hungry because it’s on the way to his house from mine. We decided to order to go one night and the server that helped us out at the cash register was just whatever. I mean, we only came to order food to go. I went back into the car because I felt really drunk. Then my boyfriend texts me saying there was some homeless person telling everyone in the restaurant to call the ambulance and acting beligerent. From the sound of it, it was getting intense in there. I saw the police and ambulance come from the rear view mirror. I wanted to get outside and see what the hell was going on, but I didn’t want to be apart of anything lol. My boyfriend was told to stay inside the restaurant because they were asking the customers questions about the guy. When he finally came back, he just said it was a really crazy night. I believe it. It’s not often that happens at Denny’s… After all that, I genuinely enjoyed my food because I love their salmon and vegetable dish. It was so good. But in conclusion, I think management should be careful with who comes into their restaurant!

Honestly, save yourself the trouble and go to the one Mowry instead. I used to come here a lot when the waiters and managers were awesome and friendly and actually made you feel like a guest. Who hired the people who work here now? There’s so much hostility, even for a simple request. And the food seems to get worse and worse as time goes on.

I come to this particular denny’s location once a year and that is after midnight mass on Christmas because their service is fast and it’s almost the only restaurant open SUPER late or early, depending on how you look at it. It being 2AM there was pretty much no one there except a couple who could not keep their mouths off of each other in the corner booth. There was about 15 of us and we all sat together and had one waiter, I forget his name but he displayed exceptional customer service. He was very patient and gave me extra whip cream on the side for my hot coco :) It took about 10 – 15 minutes for our food to come out, not too long for not having many cooks. I ordered the club sandwich, which tasted the same but the size did get smaller. Overall, I’m pretty sure my family will continue to come here after xmas mass as the location in Milpitas is SUPER slow…

Short Story: An average place for late night food. There are other Denny’s that are better! Long Story: I came down here with friends on a Friday night and we got some food. I ordered the omelet and it was okay. A but bland. The service was also a bit slow despite it not being that busy. Pretty average décor and ambiance. You don’t come to Denny’s for the view… lol Verdict: I’ll come back if I have to.
