Very good pizza and their slices are huge. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Plus you get to visit niles.

Good pizza is worth spending more money on. They have several places but I live closest to the Niles option so this review is for them. Always a fan of this place. delivery is quick, as well. one time made an order, didn’t catch the mistake until after delivery — called the restaurant, they quickly made a new order and had the new delivery sent in the shorter time the original order was made. The Tumbleweed is a great veg dish and the standard meat dish as well. Thin and puffy crust. yummy goodness all around! **just adding an edit based on tonight’s experience. food was ready to be picked up, however, no napkins or forks were given. i had to ask for them after chasing after the waiter. the salad bar was low on veggies — i had to pull out the broccoli bowl and give to them for refill. bar area was just a mess and the sneeze guard is so low, a challenge to reach and scoop things into the container. service is slow there — waited a bit to be checked on. altho — i was glad to see the san jose earthquakes game on the tv.

Very homie place and servers are very friendly. Niles is a great area with great small town feel to begin with. This place and its ambience matches it perfectly.

Cook was careless and left a piece of paper inside my BBQ Chicken Sandwich… The waitress apologized and removed the charge for the sandwich, but that dosent remove the visual of eating have of the paper for me. Service was good for an off hour of the day. The food was alright accept for the paper thing. I would say just alright for a quick bite. However this is not an inexpensive place to eat, so your expectations would be a little higher then a fast food joint.

5 stars, straight up… for the quality and customer service served here! Pizza isn’t my favorite thing to eat but when I do, I like to splurge on the best in town and although Bronco’s may be considered«pricey» to many people– it’s definitely worth saving up your pennies for. The crust and dough alone is super chewy and has great flavor. The large selection of specialty pizzas is where it’s at. We tried 3 out of the 13 flavors they offer for speciality pizzas: Stagecoach, Chuckwagon and Dude Ranch. Of the 3 my favorite is Dude Ranch. The combination of chicken, mushrooms, garlic and bell peppers all smothered atop a ranch based sauce? Seriously?! It’s deeeeeeeelicious! The best thing ’bout BBP is that their pizzas come with A LOT, I mean a lot of of toppings. This place is definitely not stingy on their pizza toppings! Consider me a customer that will be eating a lot more pizza now :)

This is the best pizza I have EVER had. No joke. I’ve tried pizza at many other places, including Pizza My Heart, which I thought might be better than Bronco Billy’s Pizza, but nope. Nothing beats Bronco Billy’s Pizza. Pizza here is SO cheesy and perfect! Not to mention the PERFECT customer service every time. The employees here are SO friendly :) if you haven’t been here before then definitely check it out! You won’t regret it.

This is our favorite restaurant to go to, and it has been for years. I love seeing the long time staff they have working there and of course we love the atmosphere as well. This is the best pizza we’ve ever had, and it’s also better than all the other bronco billy’s joints in the area.

A Niles favorite! My in-laws live in town, so we go here a lot. We usually get«slices» for each person so each person can have their own choice. Pizza comes out hot and quick. Service is good. My only complaint that keeps it from being perfect is that sometimes, the crust is a bit too floppy for my taste – I like it crispier. Half of one slice(really a personal pan pizza) fills you up, and the other half will be great for breakfast the next morning. NO! Why would I say that? Who eats pizza for breakfast? I meant, for lunch! Yes, I would NEVER eat pizza for breakfast! A few times ago, I did get the hamburger instead of pizza, and it was really good, as well.

My girlfriend won’t eat pizza anywhere else but here. We don’t settle for anything like dominos or pizza hut. We get the same thing every time for take-out, half mushrooms and cheese and half sausage with black olives. The crust is really tasty and I don’t waste a slice. The service sometimes is rude on the phone but the food is what makes me stay If you are in the area, this is the pizza place to go. I don’t care for others around the area.

Wow! Best pizza ever! The crust is on the thicker side. Pizza by the slice is a very generous portion and also freshly made. Slices are reasonably priced and very delicious! Definite come back. Love the Wild West décor!

Excellent pie… chewy light crust, generous toppings … so good! Sadly we were responsible for slamming the place with a very large party so service was strained. The staff tried their best… and they were friendly throughout. Would love to go back with a smaller group!

I tried this place for the first time on a Friday night and dined in with a group of 8 people. The inside is fairly small, but were were able to squeeze into a table meant for 6. They have a decent selection of «specialty pizzas» and about 25 toppings, if you choose to build your own pizza. They offer«slices» all the way to 16″ XL pizzas. They also offer beer on tap or in bottles and wine. The beer selection was pretty average, but they did have bottles from the local brewery Schubros. I ordered a «slice» of the Hula Cowboy. And was surprised when a jumbo sized personal pizza appeared. I only finished half, but it was good. The crust was thin, almost tasted wood fired, and they did not skimp on the toppings! The service was good, but be aware that they are only able to accept 2 credit cards per check, which was a bit of an inconvenience with a group of 8.

Upon walking there were 4 tables empty(in a very small establishment), and the entire counter. We opted for a table by the window. Bad choice. We sat unnoticed for nearly 10 min, as we watched pairs of customers walk in and get served at the counter. We were looked at by each employee and blatantly ignored. Finally after making ourselves very known and almost walking out the server came over. Pros: this use to be our go to in Niles, we grew up here and this place is like home to us. Cons: seems like a lot now days. Poor staffing, poor customer service. I will update after our food arrives if it ever does…

The potato skins were good. my garlic chikcen artichoke pizza was just ok. Fully loaded dont get me wrong but super soggy and the dough was just ok with me. Dug the crust, but the rest was just ok. Maybe i should have tried a less loaded pizza. Friendly staff and quite busy for Valentines Day dinner and a movie date with the hubby.

Massive. Pizza. My family had a X-Large meat pizza, and we barely finished it. Luckily, my little cousin just hit puberty, and his appetite was bigger than a high school football team. The pizza was okay. I’m not a big fan of thick-crusted pizza, because it reminds of the frozen pizzas with rising crust. However, the large quantity of meat, cheese, and ingredients made up for my unfavorable preference. The service was good. The waitress really knew how to make us feel at home, providing excellent service and holding conversation with us. The setting is interesting. You probably won’t find the same décor at any other pizza place, but the same can’t really be said for the pizza. The pizza is fairly average, except for the massive size. All in all, Bronco Billy’s is a great place for big families and big eaters.

Good pizza, great service. Our waiter was very good at his job. We ordered two pizzas and two pitchers of beer. He was very quick with the pitchers, and came and checked up on us frequently. The Pizzas were very good. The reason for a four and not a five was the bathroom was a little gross(I feel a theme in Niles CA for some reason with the bathrooms). There is only one for both Men and Women, so there is always a wait. Before I forget, a ton of beers in the bottle and cans, a few beers on tap, and they do serve Wine and Champagne. No hard alcohol.

First timer. We were driving by the area after Church. We meant to go to another restaurant, but for some lame reason, they were not serving lunch. Since no one wanted to make a decision, I chose pizza using the Unilocal app. Found this place in the wall. Loved it Pizza slices are HUGE. I had the chicken dude ranch. Wifey had chuck wagon. Son had bull durham. All 3 were excellent. Would definitely come back

Bronco Billy’s Pizza Palace, complete with bar(salad AND booze), is located in the hip, little neighborhood of Niles, on the same street as The Vine, Devout and Niles Ice Cream Sweets and Eats. The«slice» of pizza is more like a personal-sized pizza. I usually get through two-thirds of the slice before I’m full. The leftover pizza heats up really well and tastes great a week later. Yup. Sometimes, I forget about leftovers waiting in my fridge. The basic crust on the«slice» is on the thinner side and it’s baked to a yummy crisp. Sometimes you’ll even get crispy cheese along the edges, much coveted by my bf and his brother. The crust on the whole pizzas is neither thin nor thick. Plenty of traditional pizza toppings and sauces are available. I say traditional because they don’t have stuff like goat cheese, roasted red bell pepper slices or prosciutto. Last time, I opted for chicken, artichokes and ham. Should have gotten pesto sauce, though. That would have been amazing. I prefer the slice over sharing a large pie, but only because we usually get the pie to go so it’s not as hot and crispy when we dig in ten minutes later. Top-notch customer service. The server remembers the names of a lot of the regulars. Once, they forgot to make one of the slices, but then the slice came out with the wrong toppings. So, they made another slice. Kudos to the server for keeping her cheerful composure, leaving the slice with the wrong toppings for my bf’s SIL to munch on while she waited some more, as well as comp’ing both slices. Great customer service — yes. Beers — yes. Salad bar — yes. Free street parking — yes. Credit card — yes. Awesome — yes.

The pizza here is always on point! I love the crust of a pizza so how the crust is made really makes or breaks a place for me. Bronco Billy’s crust is just right — not too thin or too thick. The toppings on their pizzas are always fresh and they definitely don’t skimp out on the portion for toppings. Good crust, loads of toppings, and an overall delicious pizza! What more could you ask for?

Great pizza in historic downtown Niles. For pizza I recommend any of their slices, they’re huge and take my word for it, you will not leave hungry. My girlfriend always gets the chili dog, and once again, its enormous and quite tasty in my opinion. Once your done, downtown Niles is a great place to walk of your calories. Lots of antique shops and a train museum.
