About a year ago I decided to treat myself to a massage. A friend highly recommended Leisa Jarman at Bodiology. I went to her space located in the Shubham Aryurveda Center. My first ahhh began when I stepped into Leisa’s massage room which is soothing and full of warmth just like Leisa. Once the massage work began I realized Leisa is more than a certified Massage and Bodywork Therapist – she is caring, kind, intuitive and graceful wellness practioner. Do her massages relax my tense muscles and mind – OH YEAH! However I leave not just feeling relaxed but also feeling well and vibrant in my body. Leisa is an extremely knowledgeable bodywork therapist who I highly recommend to everyone, especially seasoned & new moms, to add to your welllness team.
