I know the owner of this business personally. We used to be friends.
I lent him Over $ 10,000 to get his business started and now I cannot get my money back.
He claims to not have enough money to pay me back now, but he has enough money to rent a $ 3000 home in Milpitas and go on trips all over the world costing $$$Thousands of dollars per month.
If I were you, I would buy my beauty product from a more honest vendor.
I’m out over $ 7000 now!!!

I placed a $ 103.95 online order from this company on March 25, 2013. After I had heard nothing from the company and never received my order, I contacted customer service by email (the phone number had constantly busy circuits). I was then informed that both products were back ordered and I could wait for the products to come in or receive a refund. I opted for the refund. I have never received the refund. In answer to my emails I am told that a manager has to approve it and the manager never does. The attempt to get my refund has gone on for 2 weeks with no refund and no explanation. Today I called my bank to get involved. I recommend you look elsewhere for the products if you are ordering on line!
