Spa has been getting better, they are definitely improving as far as talking during the massage. They will still make comments here and there but at least don’t have full blown conversations. My fiancé and had a foot massaged booked. The masseuse I had was just okay. If you relax and close your eyes, they will barely put an effort into the massage but if they know that you are awake they will do their job. Kinda sucks, because you can’t just lay back and enjoy your massage.

I purchased 2 packages for myself and I am very happy. Luis is my go to for foot masssge and full body. I have tendonitis in my right arm and Luis focuses on my bad arm. I love the pampering I receive. If you work hard, full og knots, and need pampering purchase a package and be a member. Remember to tip in cash :)

We purchased a package and they promised that package can be used for Deep Tissue message. My family member went today, requested for Deep Tissue message and Therapist asked her for $ 20.00 more for Deep tissue. She declined to pay extra as package included Deep tissue. Therapist did not do good massage and after that forced her to pay high tip. Very rude and forcing her to pay higher tip. Called office and tried to reach manager. There is no manager and asked them to put a complaint, they will take 7 business days to call me back for complaint. Guys be careful before you buy package.

I used a gift card I received… check in was simple and easy and lady behind the counter was competent. I was asked if I wanted soft/medium/hard massage and requested soft-medium. I also mentioned that I had some specific areas I wanted attention to and she said that it was no problem. However, I noticed on my receipt that it did not mention that and I did not see the information on the employee’s receipt, either. Mimi did my massage. She did a nice job on shoulders and upper back. I will have to say she gave me the best foot massage I have ever received. Unfortunately, the language barrier proved too much for me. I simply was not able to explain the areas that hurt the most and needed the most work. So, I left without these areas being given the attention they needed. I will not recommend this place because the language barrier is just too big a deal. I feel I should be able to communicate, clearly, with the person I am entrusting to work out the knots and aches.

I’ve been here several times using a package I received as a gift. The customer service is a little lacking and there can definitely be a language barrier depending on who’s helping you. It’s one of those places where if you don’t know the deal of how things go you’ll probably be confused and possibly ripped off. Fortunately, I’ve always gone with my mom who seems to know how to quickly get us checked in and helped in minutes without those pesky front desk girls signing us up for more. A Perfect Day reminds me a lot of Massage Envy but Asian style. This definitely isn’t the place to go if you’re expecting a «nice day at the spa». They basically take you to a room for your massage then quickly escort you out when you’re done. The fully body massages though are pretty good. I’m petite but can handle moderate pressure and they always seem to get it right without being painful. I definitely always leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. It’s not the fanciest of places but for the price you get a really decent massage.

Mmmm, So I have been here a total of four times? I believe. Three of the four times I came with my mom, aunt, and uncle. While the last time I went was with my bf. The first time I was here, I had an okay massage but everyone else in my party had been called in except me and the people who were in line after me where starting to be called in. After more then a few people passed me up, I was getting annoyed until the one of the customer service ladies saw me and immediately got someone to help me. Even though it was too late the damage to my experience had been done I did appreciate the effort… kinda. It was my first time getting a full body massage and I had asked for soft and it was not exactly what I asked for but I felt good afterward so I didn’t mind. My second visit was a bit better since I knew what to look out for. As opposed to my first experience I was served promptly and taken straight to my room. I also loved the woman that I had been paired up with she was very nice and she was much better then the lady I had before. My third visit I don’t remember much, but I do remember that my aunt and uncle’s information got switched so my aunt ended up with the deep tissue massage and my uncle the super soft massage. So my aunt was in pain while my uncle was falling asleep. Fourth time here was okay. Got a couples room for me and him. Not the greatest experience. I do believe that my experience peaked from my second visit and will never be the same unless some drastic change occurs. *Also one note that I remember from my first few times, was that for the full body massages they asked about specific focus areas which I thought was useful. They do not ask any more though at least not at my last visit.

Great place for a «quick massage». They do a pretty good massage. But it is not a «spa» its literally a place you can call five minutes before you want a massage and get an appointment. They have TONS of little rooms(sections) separated by sheets, you can hear everything. And the ladies really work. Low prices, package deals and you can gift your massages if you have a package.

I bought a package of 12 massages/facials. The first time I went I got a facial which as pretty good,(except the lady was sitting on my hair the whole time)… The next time I went I got a massage. I asked for a «medium» massage and received a hard-ass massage! I thought that must be how they do I and I was wrong for asking. The next time I went I asked for a «soft» massage and received the same thing plus an added«bonus.» The lady straddled me and worked my butt, spreading my cheeks and there was no sheet over me– yikes! Needless to say, I don’t know what I’m going to do with the rest of my package… :) I’m going to ask for a light massage with no ass spreading. …I’ll let ya know how that goes!

The massage is perfect but the people running the show in front are a bunch of scam artists. I’ve been here a few times and it’s been fine but my most recent trip a few months back was horrendous. I had a coupon for a massage and when checking in they said I can use it. At the end they tried to turn the tables around and say I couldn’t because it’s not my first time. I was pissed and wanted to jump over the counter and strangle the stick. After an exchange of words and of their embarrassment i just walked out. The best part along with me there were a numerous amount of customers that followed.

good value for money. this is not a place for ambience or privacy. if you want a straight, good old fashioned(read blue-collar) body/foot massage — go here. this is not a shady A.M.P, its a place mothers, grandmothers and couples frequent. avoid weekends, especially after noon — its a zoo. oh and avoid the cheap chinese food too, especially before you get your massage :)

Humm, I kinda agree that their customer service is adequate at best. But then, I think of this place as a Chinese operated business, and many of the best Chinese restaurants have bad customer service. So I take it the way it is. They are also savvy, such that they almost force you to pay a lot for a membership and package deal. It’s not a bad deal, but you may get ticked off. This potentials for bad experience have been overwhelmed by quality massages and free food. Make sure to book around lunch time though ;).

I have to agree with Aivy’s review. When I go in for a massage I want to relax, not stress over how I’m going to tell the pushy salespeople that NO I do not want to buy a membership. The disappointing part is that the foot massage I had here was awesome! I guess you get what you pay for — yes, their prices with a membership are the best deal going — but if you don’t want to be hassled, you’re better off to pay full price at a «regular» spa. This place truly runs like a business that is out to make as much money as possible. Too bad… my massage was the best but not going back!

can’t agree more with Aivy’s review. masseuses are good. the place is clean. price is unbeatable but: — no private room for men. you basically go in a room where you see 20 other men getting massage. kind of … — scheduling an appointment is a nightmare. I am not sure why? bad system or too busy? — before and after, they try to sell you membership. the funny thing is that I purchased a membership 9 months ago. and each and every time I go there, they are trying hard — almost bombarded with pressure — to buy one of their deal and not use my prepaid membership credit! — I left $ 10 tip for my masseuse because she deserved it and because I think she wasn’t making more than 5 $/h. the lady in front, Chinese or Vietnamese, gave me a look and«actually» told me to pay more if I can! the same lady who is trying to sell me membership is asking me to pay more tip. well, for a $ 35 massage I thought $ 10 tip was good. finally paid $ 12. — last but not least, there is no shower. I really don’t like this place. period.

I feel bad for giving this place 2 stars because I actually liked what I came there for(a relaxing full body massage), but hear me out. My masseuse definitely deserves 5 stars, but one of the girls up front was a straight up snatch. I came up to pay for my service feelin’ good, feelin’ fresh, and super relaxed, only to get bombarded with pressure to buy a membership. I don’t mind being pitched offers, that’s part of running a business, but what part of «Can I think it over and sign up the next time I come back?»(and I did plan on coming back, eventually, because one of my girlfriends brought me here and I really did enjoy my massage) did this heffer not understand? She grabbed my credit card out of my hand and processed my payment and transaction in a huff. I worked in customer service myself for 3 years so I’m generally patient as shit, but that was the worst customer service I’d ever experienced in a place that is supposed to relax your nerves, and I walked out of there tense, every nerve on edge, wanting to challenge that bitch to a night at Fight Club just for messing up the relaxed, loose-joints feeling I’d walked up to the counter with. All in all, not a great first time. But they did have free food, so I’ll probably be going back.

The foot massage was fantastic when I went with a friend but the second time around they crush sell you saying you can’t come back without a membership! Unless you are going to go at least once a month the membership is not going to be worth it.
