Called here. They gave me an appointment between 12 PM and 1 PM we waited around nobody showed up nobody called us very unprofessional a waste of time might. Avoid this place.

Oscar and team were fantastic! We had storm drain and the bottom of our swale that was backed up and over flowing and with the coming rains would have threatened our neighbors below us. We called them on a Sunday morning and they said they would be there in 30 — 45 minutes and they arrived right on time, gave me clear information re/​expectation of cost and then set about fixing the problem and digging out our swale to make sure it would not recur. Thank you!

911 local plumbers is one of the best plumbing service company’s in the Bay Area that I have come across of. First of all customer service is 100% the best and reliable. I called the on a Tuesday afternoon around 2pm because I needed a new water heater they had a couple of guys at my front door in no more than 25 minutes. Very clean friendly and fast. They quickly looked it over and before I knew it they were all done. And at a great price. I haven’t had a single problem with it and it’s been over 2 months. Please don’t hesitate to call this guys!
