I met Jose Carlo when he was doing computer service for my office. He was an acquaintance of the IT manager in our corporate office and is basically on call. You guys already know about the difficulty I had installing my home security system, where the installers from a major electronic store could not finish the task. I mentioned the problem to Jose Carlos, who agreed to take a look at it.
After detailed testing for a nominal diagnosis fee, he determined that the issue was with the device and configuration. He ended up buying a new device and installing it in literally a quarter of the time in which the installers from the chain store could not. The fact that he works on the weekend is an added benefit. I would very much recommend Jose Carlos for digital security system configuration and upgrade work.
