The install used parts as new. They only accept cash for repairs. New York State, check them out, make sure they are paying the sales tax
They installed a supposedly new screen into my iPhone 5s and charged $ 89 plus tax. they would only accept cash for the repair and collected sales tax. At the store, the front facing camera would not work. They said the camera was busted. I told the guy to give me back my old screen. He said he would still have to charge me labor.
I said I would get a camera myself. Later that day the camera started working
The next day the screen would turn on, but you could not push anything on it to activate.
Took it back to the store and the guy said he would put the screen in another phone and it worked fine so it is not the screen. He put the screen back in my phone and I would have to press down hard on the top right every time to «reconnect» the screen
(while the guy was working on the screen, his «girlfriend» was in the store «cleaning» old screens to make them look like new (possibly to resell them as new screens?)
The next day the screen went white with gray vertical lines. Pressing on the screen causes different parts to be displayed in different areas
Back at the store for the third time trying to get the repair that I paid for to work properly (before the 30 warranty is up and I am totally out the $ 97 :-()
Ok, another thing, they make you sign a contract before the work is done, but they don’t let you keep a copy of the contract. When you pay, in order to get your phone back, you have to give them the signed contract. How the heck am I supposed to take them to The People’s Court to get my money back without a copy of the contract I signed.
So many things wrong with this whole operation. Stay away. And wish me luck that they fix it
After hours of waiting, the phone does not work

I had my dad’s phone repaired here. We dropped it off 10:30am and it was ready when we came back by 3:30pm. The screen was flawlessly repaired. I would come back again with any issues. They also offer discounts for repeat business. Hopefully I won’t need to be back, but if I do I’ll come here
