I got a new air condition installed from them on 2011, lst year it did not work out and I called Stanco couple times and they came to fix it, next year, the new air condition not working cool, I called and asked Carrie rep to help me to call them, eventually they came. Last year, same problem came up but not that back, and I let it go after so many calls and they did not return my calls. This year I called 4 times and not reply even I ask Carrie rep to help. I got other contractor to come over and they said my air condition might have a big leaking problem and need Stanco to look for it. Then I kept on calling the field people and they promised to come over after a week. Today I wait for a whole day, as I expect no one coming and no phone call. I called them up, same story leave message and someone will call u. Buy I know they would not. I am going to sue them giving me a lemon and not giving me the proper service as the contract said. This is an unprofessional company. Bad service

I called Stanco Friday afternoon for an emergency air condition problem. At 9pm, I spoke to the owner, Dave, who assured me that he himself would be at my house at 11am on Saturday morning. At 12:30pm, over an hour after they should have been at my house, they called to say that they would not be showing up at all that day and would let me know what the Sunday schedule looked like when they made it on Saturday night. They knew that it was an extreme emergency as buckets of water were pouring out of my ceiling because of the air conditioning unit. They never called me to confirm for Sunday and ignored all calls and never apologized for being a no-show on Saturday. I would not recommend this company at all. They are very unprofessional and unreliable.
