Let me tell you about this place. First of all, Peter is there before the mall even opens & will take care of your shoe repair within 30 minutes. The women who do the tailoring are equally amazing. Today, I dropped off 3 pairs of pants to be hemmed. I dropped them off at 11:15, and they were ready at 12:30. Like a magician.

Basic no frills place but they do amazing hemming. You can charge only if it’s minimum of $ 20. They do shoes and keys too.

My family and I have gotten our shoes repaired here many times over the years and we have never been disappointed.
Basically, you bring your problematic shoe over and show it to the staff. They look at it and will determine the pricing (depends on what state your shoe is in). You have to pay upfront! Not after! There’s a $ 20 minimum on card so beware.
To the side of the store, there is tailoring. Same thing with the money. It might take a while for tailoring to get done depending on the season. If it’s prom season, it will take a few days before your order is finished.
