Imagine the food you usually get from the local Chinese restaurant but AMAZING! Cooked to perfection and full of flavor, that is PF Changs. Nice setting, good service, but you will wait at prime diner hours. Huge portions that you can easily share and prices are reasonable. My wife and I love it here.

I love the chicken lettuce wraps here. THis is a chain, so it’s pretty consistent, but the staff here are very nice and we always enjoy.

For such a so called«high end Chinese bistro», this restaurant did not delivered the food on the menu. We were here for dinner one night and ordered the two people meals for $ 43z. The hot and sour soup was very salty. The broth was extremely dark which makes the soup very unappealing to dine. Then our appetizer came shortly, dynamite shrimp. The plating was not presentable. It seemed like the chef just slabbed the shrimps on the plate. I was hesitant to touch the shrimps by the look of it, but tried anyways. Worst decision of my life! The shrimp was over battered and was very greasy. Probably the worst dynamite shrimp I have ever had. Next was our entrée. We ordered orange shrimps, Mongolian beef, and gluten free chicken fried rice with steam«vegetable»(for my daughter). Out of the three entrees, the most somewhat decent plate was the Mongolia beef. Orange shrimps were horrible. The shrimps were very mushy. The rice that came with dish was very dry and hard. The dish I ordered for my daughter wasn’t editable as well. Very salty for children. The so called steam vegetables were not fully steamed. And when I say«vegetables» it was only carrots. Should change the description on the menu from«steamed vegetables» to «half cook half raw carrots». Over all our experience at pf Chang in freehold was not something we would do again. Save your money and dine elsewhere!!!

After what seemed to be a disaster of a first experience at PF Changs turned into a night of VIP treatment. We arrived and was seated promptly because we canned ahead and didn’t have to wait the 45 mow minutes to be seated. Once seated we ordered our drinks and appetizer and that is where it started to go down hill. After asking a passing by manager to check on our drink order, not only were they brought out immediately but he vowed to make our first experience a great one. Jon the manager did just that! He personally made sure our food and drinks were made to perfection and everything he suggested to eat was on point. It is because of customer service and having a caring manager like Jon customers like myself will make this place a regular stop for our nights out. Not to mention the food was great and you must try the banana desert! I truly believe If you have a bad meal or experience here they will make it right. Cheers to Jon and his wonderful staff!

A friend and I somehow fell into visiting P.F. Chang’s once a year at Christmas while shopping at Freehold Raceway Mall and it has become, as we realized last week, a sort of weird, unintended tradition. Not much to be said about a chain restaurant; they pretty much are what they pretty much are. But, as I’m reviewing to a good extent for vegetarians, it’s worth noting that the coconut curry tofu and vegetable entrée is excellent – with a really nice variety of vegetables, as are the vegetarian lettuce wraps. I’ve had both every time I’ve visited. And the kitchen’s gotten my request for mild spice correct every time, attesting to it’s attention. A number of tropical/fruity drink options to go with the Asian food if you’re inclined and desserts are good, if mostly – wontons excepted – standard. Atmosphere is also as expected, and there’s a big horse outside.

Made a reservation and were seated right away on a fairly busy Sunday. The two hostesses open-mouthed bubblegum chewing was really off-putting. As someone who hosted at a P.F. Changs several years ago, this would have had me written up. Our server, Alexander, greeted us within 5 minutes, brought drinks immediately and food came out well-timed. He was extremely polite and handled gluten allergies very well. He truly was a perfect server. We ate the GF lettuce wraps(highly recommended), GF combo fried rice(good, a little soggy), and my sister had garlic noodles(she says they are great and non-oily). Wish the restaurant made more of their options GF!

One of the best pf chang’s we have been too. Great hostess station. Always helpful and great smiles . And the wait staff is very accommodating. It’s a joy to dine here. Food is consistent as well which just brings it all together.

Service is always great here. Tried the happy hour menu in the bar. Everything was perfect. Price is reasonable. Be sure to sign up for P.F. Chang’s rewards.

So lovely. I ordered salt and pepper calamari. It showed up. RAW. Then I got my meal. That showed up with a massive hair in it. So so so horrible. They made up for it by taking off a lot of the bill but still. This isn’t the first time they have brought food to the table that wasn’t cooked all the way. One time. My pad Thai was still frozen.

Generally I am a great fan of P F CHANG’s elsewhere. A few days back I was in Freehold and decided to get dinner here. We were greeted by a very friendly and accommodating Host and we were seated in the Patio section. Then came the bad part the Server, unfortunately I forgot his name. First we have to wait for eons for him to show up and not like he was busy I saw him running around doing nothing. And when he did come it was like he had a train to catch hurry hurry hurry… Then came the conversation part I don’t think my accent is that f****d up that I have to repeat myself 4 time to simply ask him for«WATER» really dude you don’t understand that I suggest you stop being a server then. After that mayhem of placing the order, he messed up the order, I asked for Spicy Chicken and the gave us Orange Chicken, worst part was when I asked him what it was he said this is Spicy Chicken when we told him it looks and tastes A LOT like Orange Chicken which is on the menu and we know both the dishes, his response was well this what we call it here«Spicy Chicken». I just let it there and did not want to take the matter any further. If the manager of this location is reading this, I suggest you train you staff a little bit more.

I have never had a bad meal at any P.F. Chang’s. This location has never disappointed either. Getting a table on Friday and Saturday evenings can be rough. However, tonight we got a table outside with no wait. The restaurant has updated the menu since the last time I was there. I don’t remember if they had Sushi before they do now. On this visit we got a special sushi appetizer, boom boom shrimp, Mongolian beef and the korean BBQ stir fry. All items were good and we have left overs for tomorrow.

The food here is always amazing. The chicken lettuce wraps, Chang’s spicy chicken, and Mongolian beef are my favorites. They offer a Chang’s menu for $ 40 that feeds two people. It includes two soups, one appetizer, two meals, and two small dessert wontons. Considering the prices of the appetizers and entrees, I think that this is well worth it. I actually worked here a few years ago, and the cooks come in early everyday to make the sauces for all of the dishes. Everything is very fresh and tasty.

Pork tacos were spicy. Wouldn’t order those again. Lettuce wraps were ok… sauce on the side was a little spicy… Mongolian Beef had way too many green onions. Daughter complained the dumpling filling«tasted different». Banana Spring Rolls were on point. Fresh berries and yummy pinapple coconut ice cream on the side… loved them. Weird the waiter asked me to complete my online survey before My meal was served. I think he some how scammed me on my bill too.

One of the better PF changs around. Decent service and the food you expect from this chain. Served up hot and fresh, as it should be!

Worst service ever! I waited 20 minutes for a simple Patron on the rocks. Then after waiting I was told they didn’t get their order in so I had to pick another tequila. Didn’t get that drink until appetizers were almost finished. Waiter was so frazzled they gave us a new waiter that was great. When I looked at the bill they charged me for a Patron that I never received and the drink I did. I guess I should not expect so much from a chain restaurant. REALLYDESERVEDNOSTARS.

Great food. I went with a vegetarian, a meat eater and a seafood lover. Everyone was happy! Food was fresh, came out quick and very tasty. Nice atmosphere. Our server was great. I was too hungry to learn the chopsticks today. But I promised to practice if they let me take them home.

What’s all the hype about? Mediocre overpriced food. The décor and location are nice but that’s where it ends. Service was terrible, as it is in all the chain restaurants at Freehold Mall.

We celebrated our wedding party here. There gave a free champagne which was the best i ever had. Forgot the name though :( The staff were friendly. Food was good. Looks like the consistency is fluctuating. The same food items tastes different at different times. Its the only Place i could think to go for a dinner date or a family gathering!

Surprisingly really good food for a chain. I ordered the dragon tea, it had an apple citrus taste. I also had the pan seared dumplings, also very good — especially with the spicy mustard. The chicken dish that we ordered has a few really bad pieces… Not sure if they were fatty or under cooked but they had a weird texture. It was only about 2 so it didn’t ruin the meal. The wonton soup was especially good. A cup(the smaller size) came with two wontons that were soft.
