My cousin Pasquale got a ticket on route 18 by the church. I referred him to Mr. Ellis since I knew him from working with him in the past. He took care of the court case and was able to reduce the ticket for Pasquale. He is great and I would recommend him to any of my friends.

A while back I got a speeding ticket. Within a day of getting the ticket, I started getting letters from lawyers in the mail about defending me in the case. I wasn’t going to bother, but then I thought if the fee isn’t too bad, it maight be worth it. I responded to the first one I got in the mail which was Herbert Ellis. I called and left my info and was called back soon after by Mr Ellis. He explained what he does and when he was done I asked about his fee. All he would tell me is that he is very competitive with all the others and I should come in for a consultation and he would go over everything. I really didn’t want to because if the fee was too high, this would be a waste of my time. I went in and met with him. He was 15 minutes late for our appointment, but I let that slide. He went over some info and gave me his fee. I thought I was going to puke on his table!!! I wont mention the fee, but I sadi to myself, how can that be for just a speeding ticket? I said I would think about it and let them know. I left and when I got home I hit the phones. All the others were happy to give ther fee over the phone and Ellis was more than triple almost everyone else!!! Maybe he thought I would be impressed with his office? I don’t really know what the ploy was that I had to meet him to get the fee. If that was his plan, I can tell you I wasn’t impressed. I knew one of the top trial attorneys in the country… his offices are half of the Woolworth Building in NYC… Now that’s impressive! Maybe Ellis is a great attorney, I really can’t say and at those prices I will never know.
