Very disappointed on making an appointment with this lawyer. My husband and I had scheduled an appointment 2 months ahead. We get to our appointment yesterday morning on time only to find out that noone was there for us. The secretary (which was very rude!) told us that our meeting was scheduled at 9.30am, when I told her that there was no way and that we confirmed the time with her several times she then excused herself to another room, came back and said I have on my schedule that we spoke to you last week about cancelling your appointment and it was ok with you… then I told her «No, I never spoke to you».this was a completely waste of our time, dealing with a rude secretary about her incompetent skills. My husband had to take the day off only to make it to Freehold, a 40mins ride. When I told her that I never heard from her… then she wanted to make us believe that I was the one who called to reschedule. After once again telling her that didn’t make any sense… she left to go into the other room to see if we could still see this «lawyer» during the afternoon… we kind of didn’t want to anymore but we really need it one that day. When she comes back, she finally apologized for all the crap and lies she’s being telling us ONLY to ended up saying that Michael Detzky has left on military Duty and is out of the country and that he will be back in about a month… Is this a joke?! is this how a client should be treated like?.. I’m not one to go around leaving negative reviews about people’s business… but this was sooo out of the of the park, rude, waste of our day and pathetic dealing with a mediocre adult trying to tell us 5 different stories in a matter of 15 mins. Hope the lawyer/​owner of this firm realizes how this girl is running his business and get rid out her.
We’re not stupid and we will not recommend this place to no one that is in really need of this kind of services.
