I took a defective portable hard drive to these guys to try and retrieve the data. They called me to say they needed another hard drive to transfer the files. I spent $ 100 on this new working drive. They returned the two drives to me. The working drive was filled with another persons files. My 14 year old son got the returned defective drive to work and found that it was not mine either. I called them and they asked for everything back. They went on to tell me they lost my drive (filled with 10 years of photos) but would buy me another one to replace it. What am I supposed to do with two new empty drives? I thought I would be safe entrusting a large experienced company with 10 years of family photos. They are just plain clueless. STAY AWAY FROM DATA DOCTORS !
