Bobby’s Burger Palace

The palace is great place to get a quick bite without feeling too bad about eating a burger with fries. Much better option than McDonald or Burger king, you’ll actually get real meat. My personal favorite burgers are the Philadelphia and Dallas. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quick bite and a great burger

Great place. Seriously — perhaps the best burgers ever. That’s all they do and they do it right. Buns are soft and heavily seeded. They never got an order wrong and the food is great. Kids love the fries (very crispy) and the onion rings are awesome. I personally order the brunch burger. Medium well. With cheddar and mayo and a slice of ham. Killer burger. Try it my way, you won’t be disappointed. Staff is also very friendly. They do a good job hiring quality people that care about their patrons.

Bobby Flay’s eponymous burger joint is a one trick pony — but wow its a good trick. These are the best burgers to be had. They’ve got about a dozen different varieties, all with interesting topics and sauces. Their fries are really, really good too. Everything is fresh and cooked right to order. My favorite is their Dallas Burger — it has this spicey crust with coleslaw, pickles and monterey jack ontop. Its great for a quick in-​and-​out meal that everyone will enjoy. If you’re a vegetarian you might not like this place all too much; they do have a couple of salads but come here for the meat.

This location has a habit of burning the burgers — been here twice and both times they’ve been charred. Eatontown is the better location.

What’s not to love about a perfect burger? My family and I love the Burger Palace. If you are sick of Fast Food and want good Food FAST, this is one of the best.
They keep it very simple with a limited menu… but with unique creations that are sure to please just about every meat lover out there. My wife always orders the LA burger, with watercress and Avocado. My oldest son loves the Brunch Burger, with a fried egg. I’m a simple guy who goes for the Classic burger, lettuce, tomato and American cheese… but my kicker is the added bonus of getting «Crunched»! That’s when they add a layer of Potato chips to your burger (which is what people thought I was crazy for doing when I was 12 years old!).
You can choose from Angus Beef or Ground Turkey and even order any recipe with a grilled Chicken breast instead of the Burger Patty.
Plus, for those of you who don’t eat meat, there’s always the Classic Grilled Cheese, with your choice of cheeses, and tomato… or that sneaky Bacon if you can handle it!
Top it off with a side of Sweet Potayo fries, Onion Rings and a classic Milk Shake for a perfect meal!
Of course… you can always get a salad if you are overly health conscience… but where’s the fun in the?
Once again, if you like burgers, you have to try Bobby’s. A bit pricy (only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5), but worth it. I mean, really… when it comes down to it, who can put a price on Happiness?!

FINALLY got to try this Iron Chef’s version of a burger and fries! I’ve been wanting to go since I heard there was one opening in CT years ago. Tried Cat Cora’s place in the Houston airport and it was good… but I was sure Bobby’s would be better. All of those throw downs had to have perfected his craft. Right?
Went in and ordered and waited excitedly to receive what I assumed was going to blow away all the other better burger chains. Well… when the fries (with some cheesy sorta sauce and bacon) arrived I almost drooled on the counter. Looked soooo yummy. But they were cold. Hmmm… Asked for another (something I NEVER do but cold cheesy fries? Can’t.) The burger was average at best. Definitely disappointing. Wonder if they use frozen because I asked for it well done and it was charred to a crisp on the outside with pink still inside. I’m glad I can put my desire to go there to rest. I’m over it.

Second guests in today and the burgers were too salty and all the fries were burnt to a CRISP. Salad was good except for the over cooked chicken. Last visit to this location and probably this chain. Cooks need retraining.

We love this place so much, the pistachio milk shake alone is enough to make us come back. It’s also great to have a properly cooked burger with fries that are nice and crispy. Bobby Flay is the man.

Been here twice, and I have tried the turkey burger and the chicken. Both were so-​so, as were the fries. The buns were much bigger than the fixings, which is a turn off, as it makes the sandwich dry and skimpy. A tad on the expensive side for a burger joint, and not really worth the money. Cute place, but not all that yummy.

This is a fun place to bring a hamburger enthusiast to. If you want to splurge a little on a gourmet burg this is your one stop shop. I believe they have an ever changing burger of the month if you ever get bored of the many delicious and fancy patties they already offer on their menu. Their sauces are what make the meal feel complete. What makes it a little expensive are the add ons like fries and drink but it’s kind of worth it. My favorite is the crunch burger because it’s simple.

BBP has also added salads which are excellent. I say this all the time, their grilled chicken is as good as their burgers! I highly recommend this establishment if you are in the mood for burgers, fries, salad or milkshakes.

Definitely a good spot. I’ve been numerous times however and will say that some visits the food is significantlybetter than others. Maybe they have an «A team» that isn’t always there but that’s why I took a star off.

Their is a good variety of burgers on the menu and the service is quick and friendly. My hubz got the philly burger and I got their topless burger (any burger placed on a bed of greens) and my daughter had french fries (as usual). Everything was pretty good except for the size. They were on the small side and I could tell my husband was still hungry. Usually he is full after a burger and fries. It’s not our go to burger joint but since we were in the area decided to give it a go.

Ate here a few weeks ago while doing some Christmas shopping at the Freehold mall. The set up had that feel of the old hamburger spots from the mid 20^th century.
First time here, the burger menu is named for different cities/​areas around the country. Many good choices, so I tried the Dallas burger and my wife had the LA. The burgers were spot on… delicious!
The one area I wish they improve on is the milk shake size. For the price of the shakes, a taller glass would be appreciated. Otherwise this is a place to get a great burger!

LOVEEEEEEEEEEE this place. A decent place where the prices match and the burgers are ALWAYS made to my liking and are always brought in timely fashion. Great atmosphere and great staff !!!

I have to downgrade my rating because it seems like the food quality has gone down. My wife thought her usual burger today didn’t taste as good. My sweet potato fries were more burnt (than usual). Seriously if you mess up on the food, don’t just give it to the customer. See my pic. As another Unilocaler reviewed, they are messy burgers to eat. I agree as I couldn’t get my hands on the bun without touching sauce. I’ll reevaluate next time I’m back.

What did u guys do to your onion rings!!! You changed them… Also I took out an order tonight– specifically asked for fry sauce and you forgot it.

This was my first time at Bobby’s burger palace and it exceeded my expectations. The menu is very simple and easy to understand. I love that it gives you options on the type of burger you want (beef, chicken, or turkey). The place was extremely clean and the servers were really nice. The food was very delicious and the burgers were full of flavor. I love the way they present the burgers. It’s very elegant. I LOVED IT!

I would love to give BBP 5 stars, but I have to go with a 4 for 2 reasons:
1. The burgers are roughly around 10 a piece, which can get pricey
2. They got rid of the Napa Burger (had goat cheese on it and other goodies). This was BY FAR the best burger they had and for whatever reason they got rid of it.
BBP keeps the menu simple so it’s easy to look at the huge menu on the wall.
The burgers are tasty, the shakes are AMAZINGGGG (vanilla and strawberry), and the sweet potato fries are to die for.

Greatest burger ever! Lots of choices, fresh ingredients, fast and friendly service, really quality beef. Would definitely go back to this establishment. Clean and convenient location. Good job Bobby!
