For anyone in the Fredonia area I want to commend Patton Appliances of Fredonia for coming to repair the nightmare I had with my cloths washing machine. They were here within 2 hours of my call with excellent service. It is just hard to find service when you really need it in such a prompt way these days. Hats off to the people at Patton for all their help!

I’ve purchased both a bed set and a recliner chair within the year. Each time the service was friendly, streight forward, and informative. The sales person was helpful but not in my face while I made my selection. I found prices to be competitive, but it was the service that landed my business. Both times, I was offered next day delivery with offers to have my old furnature removed. The delivery guys were right on time, polite, and careful about hauling heavy loads all the way through the house. They were in and out in just a few minutes and left no clue that they had even been there … besides the new furnature that is. Oddly enough, everyone involved, salesmen & delivery guys included, seemed to be enjoying their work. No wonder this place has been in business for generations.
