They gave away the truck we had reserved for over two weeks.
When we got there, they acted as if we made an error. Also while i was Parked, they young man who was parking the trucks back almost hit my car because he was driving them like he was an extra in the fast and furious 7, instead of an actual truck. I had to literally hold my hand on the horn and brace myself because i really thought he would hit me. A day later after the movers we used that U-​haul is contracted with didnt show until sunday, we got overcharged for everything. Overall I just wish things were handled more professionally.

Excellent customer service! After the earthquake and flooding, they notified people in the area of the damage and were very helpful with inspecting the unit. They are always quick to help!
