The doctor and staff did extraordinary work for my son’s teeth. The ease of scheduling appointments was fantastic… always had an opening that would work with my schedule. From the time we went for our initial consultation through the end everyone was always really nice.

My dentist actually referred me to Dr. Caspersen’s office – they have offices in Stafford and Fredericksburg, so the locations were pretty convenient for me to visit. After visiting several orthodontist offices whose treatment plans weren’t necessarily the best fit for me, I settled on Dr. Caspersen’s office.
As an adult patient that wasn’t necessarily excited at the prospect of walking around with braces, I was excited to hear that I could have clear brackets and thin wires for less visibility. My goal was to have perfect, straight teeth, and over the past 18 months I’ve enjoyed my experience at this office – the staff is friendly, prompt and thorough. I liked that they asked if i liked the results before removing the braces. At the end of my treatment, my smile was perfect and they gave me a gift bag to celebrate my de-​bracing (as well as a retainer that has worked effectively in helping me maintain my results). I’d recommend this office as one of the best in the area.

Loved everything about Dr. Caspersen’s office. It’s all good. He is great, the staff is great, they tell you what’s going on, and they are caring people.
