Too many positives to write so I’ll try to keep it brief.
Came over to MacDoc from another management company after a very bad experience with them. MacDoc is miles ahead of other companies, not only in overall customer service but their technology. Everyone is willing and available to help with all my needs as well as my tenant’s needs. My tenant is even happy with the change in companies.
Definitely easy to deal with and have had all my questions answered quickly.
Looking forward to a positive business relationship now and in the future.
