Our car broke down while in the Texas Hill Country and Doug came to the rescue. It was late afternoon, and many places were closing for the day. He arrived quickly and he was very friendly. First he called the mechanic the car was set to go to, and made sure that they could accept the car and had the capacity to fix it the following day. Once our car was loaded, he tested the battery and found out that it was only the battery that needed to be changed. We drove to an AutoZone, and he helped us change the battery and saved me a TON of time and money by avoiding a trip to the mechanic. Doug truly saved our vacation, because in a few hours we were on our way! It was refreshing to find someone who went out of their way to help others.

Yesterday — our car broke down in Fredericksburg, Texas. Called USAA for Roadside Assistance and they sent Douglas Towing. The owner, Doug Ottmers came to our aid. He was outstanding and knew exactly what to do. We were so fortunate to meet this honorable gentleman! He made what could have been a horrible and expensive experience very reasonable. This is one guy who knows what outstanding customer service and integrity mean. We are very grateful!
