This is one of my favorite places to stop in Fredericksburg! Every time I go, I have to pick up something for my back yard. They have all sorts of metal yard art, bird baths, and various other fun items. I’ve bought a big metal chicken, flying donkeys, flying chickens, a flamingo, and the most beautiful peacock. The owners are friendly, and there is always at least one dog behind the counter. Gotta love people who bring their dog to work!

This place is packed with all kinds of cool stuff. There is a great mix of metal work, garden accessories, household chachkis, and more. You could spend a long time here if you tried to see everything. The metal work is really something. There are all kinds of life sized animals and other wilder stuff. It’s like someone told a welder to just go nuts, and they did. It was a hot day so we didn’t see everything outside, because there is so much. We headed back into the cool enbrace of the A/C and looked at all the inside offerings. Fun place to browse and you never know what you may go home with.

A really cool shop on the main drag in Fredericksburg. You can’t miss this place with all the brightly colored pots and metal works outside. A huge selection of ceramic pots in all sizes. They have all kinds of stuff to put in your yard. You can spend a lot of time looking through their huge selection of yard stuff. The Inside is packed full of unique things to. They had complementary coffee which is a nice touch.

If you want to decorate your house or yard with… some neat or bizarre stuff, this is the place. It would take hours to look at everything. You just have to come see this place for yourself !

I love walking around here, I could literally spend hours here looking at all the weird stuff you could potentially put in your backyard to annoy your neighbors and scare your dog. For real though, they have good prices on decorative imports that you will pay 2 – 3 times more for if you buy them down the street on the main drag in Fredericksburg. This is a great place to pick-up big flower pots, Texas stars, southwestern accents, etc. They offer a 10% military discount too, just show your ID!

This place is like a carnival ground for your home and garden! Gigantic metal mariachis! Great cement dragons! Bugs and gnomes and road runners and monkeys and… and… there’s… just… too… much… stuff… to… describe… You owe it to yourself, if you ever get to Fredericksburg, to drive past the ‘downtown’… past the park and city hall… past Hondo’s… until you see the flags and the Wonderful World of Wackiness! btw — this visit we got a metal horny toad and a talvera monkey!

Do NOT miss this unique shopping experience! Our group stopped here last night after dinner at the Hilltop and wandered the grounds(both outdoor and indoor shopping areas) while listening to a Mexican/German band play. Terrific Talvera, pottery, iron, concrete, and wood patio and garden selections along with bizarre items like giant chickens and little ants made out of iron and stone are everywhere while the band plays on. I came home with a metal monkey riding a tricycle planter who whispered«Hey lady, take me home» as I was passing through this morning – we made a return trip for Talavera pumpkins and wanted to see this place in broad daylight.
