Came to Cheeseburger Cheeseburger on my birthday. They were opening late due to the snow, but since we we’re already in the area I figured that we would just wait. The doors were opened at about 3:05 p.m. I ordered a burger with chili cheese fries, onion rings, shrimp, and the fired mac and cheese wedges. I feel you judging me lol… don’t it was my birthday. Anywho, my hubby ordered a burger with killer toppings. I also ordered a lovely milkshake. Holy moly, that milkshake was freaking amazing. I had the birthday cake base, with extra(jimmies) sprinkles for you non-Philly folks, with brownie pieces. My goodness… like love in a cup. The waitress was very helpful and made us feel super welcomed. We were the first folks in the place, before the flood gates opened. Thanks Margo for all your help. You were awesome. So the food comes out and everything was good. I was not a fan of the chili… just not for me. I did enjoy the onion rings, and the burger. It was tasty, needed a nap after that. We’ll be back, I seen that they had hotdogs on the menu as well. See you guys soon… #1girl2spoons

The burgers here are great and the milk shakes are really good. The waiters are friendly and the place is clean, but the wait time is way too long. If the service was quicker I would give a higher rating. Don’t go here if you have a schedule to keep, but if you have a couple free hours check them out.

Won’t go back. We used to really like this place. Went tonight and they were out of many things including salmon, ketchup, and vanilla ice cream. All burgers were cooked the same no matter how they were ordered. Waitress wasn’t great either, not attentive and very slow about things. Don’t know if it is bad management or what but this place has really gone downhill.

I know people have been disappointed here in the past, they have a new manager. Please give them another chance and update your review. They do have some of the best burgers in young with a lot of choices. To those vegetarians out there just stop you went to a burger place. To those of you who complained about speed, it says very clearly on the menu they are not fast food don’t go there if you have a short break. Okay enough rambling the food is great and our service was outstanding.

Food was really good. Prices were high but was happy and stuffed when I left. Grandson did not eat lots of kids meal, but ours was good and lots of choices which I like.

My boyfriend and I met some friends for lunch here, and while it certainly wasn’t horrible, I wasn’t necessarily impressed either. The restaurant wasn’t empty, but not packed either. My boyfriend and I got there early and the host sat us down immediately. However, no one ever came to take our drink order, and even after our two friends showed up it was still a few minutes before someone came by. Not sure if they were short staffed or not, but the host ended up being our waiter and finally took our drink order; by that time we knew what we wanted to eat, so we ordered that as well. Our host/waiter seemed very distracted; he kept glancing around the room as he took our order. Sure enough, there were a couple of mistakes with our food when received it. My boyfriend and I had ordered sweet potato fries and received regular, I ordered medium well and received well done, ordered cheddar cheese and received American, friend ordered honey wheat bun and received a regular bun, things like that. I also noticed that when he wasn’t tending to tables, he was doing other odd jobs around the restaurant(again hosting, making milkshakes, etc.), hence why I think they may have been short staffed that day. In terms of the food, I wasn’t too impressed with that either. Burger was okay(with the exception it was cooked wrong), can’t really complaint about that. Regular fries were decent(our waiter let us keep the wrong order while we waited for the sweet potato fries we ordered). Fresh tasting and definitely not frozen. Sweet potato fries weren’t that great; hot since they were cooked fresh for us, but very bland. Desperately needed a sprinkle of salt when they came out of the fryer. Unlike the regular fries, however, these were definitely frozen. Not only can you tell by the way they’re evenly cut the same size, but also by the fact I literally watched a cook in the back open a bag of fries. Not a huge deal, but a little irksome since they do advertise fresh cut fries and because it’s probably a whole lot cheaper in terms of food cost to just buy a sweet potato and cut it than it is to buy pre-cut, frozen fries. Overall, not terrible, but it’s probably not going to be my go-to place for a burger. Prices are just okay, a little bit more expensive than what I prefer to pay for burgers. It is nice that they have a wide range of unlimited toppings for the burger, though.

We were seated immediately but once seated, no drink was order was asked. Not even water was given to us. It took them ten minutes to finally have our waiter come and take our order. What upsets me is the fact that they had two waiters and the manager and no one offered to get us drinks while we waited for our waiter. They just seem not to care and the manager doesn’t really care at all. If it wasn’t for my daughter wanting to eat here, I would have walked away. Food is okay. Nothing to be excited about. I like Johnny Rockets better.

I’m definitely far from picky but this outing was awful. I went to eat here when they first opened and I remember it being such a good experience. But this time… Wow. The meat on my burger was so gross! I will say The fries and grilled cheese my daughter had were good. Service was decent. Our waitress was nice but she went to any other possible table before hitting us(guessing because of the kids) and eventually she hit a table that was part of our party, so we got service! The bathrooms were not clean which is ironic since the cleaning supplies were proudly on display on the countertops and paper towel dispenser. Is it odd I was about to clean it?(Lol) Overall extremely disappointed and embarrassed I recommended it to guests at my hotel.

I’ve given cheeseburger-cheeseburgers my tries but am constantly disappointed in their food. The only thing I’ve found worth going there for are their floats.

Went for dinner because I was craving a hamburger. While I love the burgers ar Texas Roadhouse, my hubs doesn’t eat them and hasn’t had success with the their chicken. Ordered the Semi-Serious medium. It was actually a little on rare side for medium, but was very flavorful. Love that you can pick toppings. Hubs had a chicken platter — came with salad and enough fries to share. He pronounced it yummy. This is a good value for the money but I wish it had less of a fast-food feel to it.

My wife, my daughter, and I stopped in during a trip to return a purchase at the mall. We had other errands to run across town and were trying to decide between Cheeburger Cheeburger and CiCis Pizza(both very glamorous places, I know). Cheebs one out simply because we ended up going to the mall first, and frankly, didn’t feel like cutting across the busy highway, then try to find parking and fight other little kids for mediocre pizza. I kind of wish we did though… there wasn’t anything wrong, per se, with Cheeburger Cheeburger, but it was not as food-friendly for my 1.98766 year old. They had a kids menu, but we just didn’t find the value in it after it arrived. The burger looked pretty unappetizinf, and my daughter, who was saying«A burger! A burger!» over and over again didn’t touch it after the first bite. As for my wife and I, on a scale of McDonalds to Five Guys, we would rate our burgers and fries somewhere below mid-range, but at Five Guys prices(or worse). This was our second time in 2 or 3 years, and will probably wait another 2 or 3 before trying again… not bad, but there’s waaaayyy better options for the price.

Unfortunately I can’t give this place a review they say they open at 11AM but will look at you out the window with the doors locked at 11:20AM. Biggest pet peeve is being ignored never go back there again not recommended if you’re on a short lunch break

I first would like to say that I don’t write to companies generally but this must be said. Awful just Awful. Not the food because we never actually got it. NODRINKFOR40MINUTES! WHAT?!? We sat at the bar which must have been our first mistake, girl who took our order never returned. We went in just before 4pm, had a movie to get to at 4:40. Ordered one cheeseburger, one loaded fries, one diet coke and two milkshakes. 15 minutes passed before someone came to make our milkshakes, after another 10 minutes I cancelled my burger. The guy came back after canceling my order to say the burger was actually done not to offer it to me but just say it. The fries were done being made but because the microwave was broken they had no way to heat up the frozen chili to put on top. They did not tell us this and continued saying it’ll be out in just a couple minutes until at 4:40 we asked for our checks. Had to cancel the DIETCOKE that was never brought over! 40 minutes and you can’t get a drink. EVEN after mentioning it to the staff they apologized for no one bringing it, blamed another waitress and still didn’t get us a drink. We got charged for the fries we hadn’t received, asked them to just give us what was ready. That meant lukewarm fries with unmelted cheese on top. The milkshake was good, your food might be good but I’ll never know that because your service was so terrible that even when asking for a drink I couldn’t get one from staff.

Waiters will just run past you and ignore you. Waited 10 min to get noticed and then 20 min to be seated. Took another 10 min to wait for them to clean ONE table. Food is mediocre and overcrowded and heavily understaffed on weekends.

Walked in at aprox 7:30 after watching a movie with a party of 10. Trash on the floors is always a sign and we should have left. Staff nice enough. Water took 10 minutes to come out along with the drinks and they were not crowed at all. Hamburgers are average. Salmon burger is a joke-just a frozen patty and that’s it. Same with veggie burger. The chicken tenders for the kids meals were fried way too long. Couldn’t eat them. We should have gone to Five Guys!

We will not be returning. Both the food and service were awful. Waiting 45 minutes for dinner in a not crowded restaurant isn’t my idea of a good night. The shakes came in warm glasses, burgers were ice cold, never got our fries, and our waitress was too busy talking in the back to notice anything. Not worth the money.

My wife and I were out shopping and got hungry so we decided to give this place a try — while the portions are generous(small combo fry/onion ring would easily feed 3 or 4 people as an appetizer!) the burgers were not very moist(lean?) and slightly under cooked. While they offer chili on their burgers, as well as about 30 other goodies, someone needs to tell corporate that REAL chili does not have beans in it — and most especially if you put it on a burger. Slaw was not so generous. It was all editable especially when you are hungry but I’ve had better. Ice tea was very good and service was attentive although it did take quite a while for our order to come out, about 20 mins and there was NOONEELSEINTHERESTAURANT so not sure why it takes that long to cook a burger but I digress. Did not try the shakes but they looked good and I suspect hard to screw up. I’d probably try it again before making a final judgement but it’s at best«average» — Steak and Shake has better burgers for less $ IMO. But their service really sucks — at least our waiter was attentive and checked on us, kept us refilled with ice tea and had personality. My suggestion is that burgers should be less lean and have a higher fat content to be delicious. If you are looking for a healthy meal, don’t eat cheeseburgers I guess. They did take my coupon off my iPhone, which was nice because I forgot to bring my $ 5 off coupon.

Well I think this place should be named milk shake milkshake not chew cheeburger cause the burgers aren’t very good mine was very over cooked. The service was horrible I was seated and had too wait thirty mins to get a server and then it took are food like another thirty minutes the only reason I give them two stars is because there milkshakes are delicious

While we love the food here, service has been hit or miss. Feels more miss lately. Managers, what’s going on? We were eating once and someone decided they were going to sweep right next to us. Perhaps after we stared, the person decided it would be rude and didn’t sweep. Another time, someone who wasn’t our waiter brought our burgers out. My hubby indicated that we also ordered fries and onion rings. The lady looked at him and responded with a bitchy tone that it was coming. It took more than a few minutes for our fries and onion rings. And the restaurant wasn’t even packed. Cheeburger, watch your shit because you have good food. I don’t care much for service — as long as I get my food promptly and nobody is rude to me. It’s not really worth it if you keep up your bad service.

I can’t get over the name. Somehow I feel like they misspelled it. Maybe its my OCD. I digress… I really like that you can personalize your burger. I mean so what if I want peanut butter on my bacon double cheeseburger… I mean cheeburger? Seriously, I would NEVER put peanut butter on my burger, but hey — if that floats your boat — git ‘er dun. I had bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheese, an onion ring and mayo. I agree with some of the others in that the patty wasn’t seasoned all that well, but I was pretty sold on the personalization factor. So there’s that. I also ordered fries… chili cheese fries. Take that belly! Oh yeah, and if that wasn’t enough, I had a cookie dough milkshake… and if Im being honest the taste was kind of… off. Gorge much? It was a cheat day. Sue me. All in all — I enjoyed the visit and was glad to have the experience, but it wasn’t one of those places that I will absolutely HAVE to go back to ever again like, for example, Taco Bell.
