ZIPS Dry Cleaners

This zips is by far the worst cleaners I have ever used. «You get what you pay for», right? No, not really.
The level of incompetence at this location is unreal. How do you even manage to take a new — unworn shirt and return it so that it looks like its 5 years old and covered in mud stains?
This is the 3^rd time I’ve had an inexcusable issue with this places. I understand things happen, but I shouldn’t receive my clothes back with new stains, blotches of what looks like dried detergent covering the length of the shirt, or brown muddy streaks. Did you think I wouldn’t notice? Seriously, wtf?
I’m not even going to bother taking the shirt back to be corrected. I’m better off throwing in the street after it rains and running it over. It’ll be ruined and filthy just like if I took it to this zips, but at least the results will meet expectations and I’ll save time driving back and forth.

I have been a regular here for the past 7 years and I must say the service is above and beyond any other dry cleaners in the area.
I had lost a belt on my favorite dress and my sons boys scouts uniform lost a patch. I was frantic and called the store. Tammy helped me and even recognized my voice. She got back to me within the hour and had both the things. They are simply awesome. I am so excited and happy and totally elated about the service I got. I have tried several other dry cleaners in the area over the years and have always been disappointed. The service I got today just puts Zips to the very top. I am a client for life.

HORRIBLE. Clothes may not be salvagable. Not cleaned at all.

The best thing going for this establishment is very inexpensive dry cleaning services. For most of my work clothes, their services are generally adequate. Due to their volume and automated cycle settings, more delicate items can’t be handled. The service has been acceptable until a recent very poor, unresolved issue.
Last month I dropped off a down comforter to be cleaned. I came to pick it up on the delivery date, the staff initially could not find my comforter. Of the 50 or so comforters, there was one comforter that was not tagged and their response was, that by default this had to be my comforter. It partially looked like my comforter, but when I started to inspect the item there were several things wrong.
(1) there were a couple new stains on it that weren’t there when dropped off and
2) it smelled like mothballs. This was confirmed by another staff member at the time.
The manager tried to work with me to track, and on a couple of other occasions stated that someone would call me. I never received any calls or voice mails. I have even tried to request contact via the Zips corporate site. Also no response. It has taken a couple follow ups to be able to actually to be able to discuss my concerns with an owner. Hopefully this will be ok in a few weeks.

The service is mediocre at best. Clothes are never clean and ironing is never done right. Avoid this place at all cost, if possible.

Thank you for destroying my kakhi pant with burnt iron and worn down the material! That pant was BRAND NEW now it is RUINED! Now I have a hole in that new pants!

I would like my pants replaced and every cleaning bill paid back. Boy, I was stupid for taking another risk!

No complaints. Average service from a first time visit at this location. I had to wait a bit when I came to pick up my clothes around six. It must have been the after work rush.

Yeah I’m pretty much in the same boat as most people here. White shirts still have ring around the collar and I feel like I’d be better off washing them in my washing machine and just ironing them afterwards. Makes me wonder why I spend the $ 1.39 per shirt and $ 1.99 for anything else. The price is cheap but I expected a lot better than what I got. This was about 2 months ago and I still thought to write a review, so it must’ve been pretty bad.

I wish I could give this place ⁰⁄₅ stars. I will be spreading the word about their terrible service. Never have I ever seen such terrible service at a cleaners. I brought in 8 shirts and 8 pairs of pants and not 1 item is wearable. I will be posting pictures all through other rating sites… total scam.

Sometimes I think that there are people who go out of their way to give negative reviews. I took in 4 wool shirts and 1 pair of wool pants to be dry cleaned. I knew I couldn’t beat the price, but I was a little concerned after reading some of the comments about what would happen. It occurs to me that you can’t expect a lot for $ 1.99. But, I got all of my dry cleaning back, cleaned and pressed, on time, on hangers and in a plastic bag. What more could you expect. The help was friendly and polite. I am completely satisfied and will go back with more clothing very soon.

I have taken two racing jackets to them and both turned out fine even though the clerk had some trepidation about accepting them at first. These are highly embroidered and are daily wearers plus to the dirt track races so they were pretty grimy, but both turned out perfect!

First time using them & I just got my white dress shirts back. They still have the rings around the collar. Did they even wash it? That’s a very poor job considering I just wore the shirt once. And it still has wrinkles that need ironing. I think I will have to wash and iron them again. If this is how they do simple dress shirts, I hate to see what they do on more important clothes. Just wasted time & money on Zips. Not coming back and will have to try another place. I’m very disappointed cuz I was really excited about the price, but you get what you pay for.

I always take our dry cleaning here. You can’t beat the price and the service is fine. I have never had any problems with damaged or lost garments.
