I was there today at about 4:15pm. They close at 5:00pm. I was really impressed with the two young ladies working there. One was cleaning up and she greeted me when I entered. The other was behind the counter and couldn’t have been more helpful with the bagels. They were both cheerful and friendly. The people who work for you are the best PR and these girls really hit it. I will definitely go back. Great experience!

I went in here to buy breakfast for my co-​workers expecting standard bagels and cream cheese. Initially, I was pleasantly surprised at the selection –but was really blown away at the taste and quality! These are probably the best bagels I’ve ever had and the Bacon Scallion Horseradish «BSH» cream cheese is a must try! I’m obsessed with it and so are my co-​workers that were brave enough to try it. We will be moving out of the neighborhood soon but I will definitely be coming back just for this!

I don’t get the rebranding here from the old BB’s Bagels and Bread. It seems like fans of BB’s could mistake this as BB’s going out of business, and fans of ZiPani are going to be disappointed when they walk in and see that this is clearly not a real full scale ZiPani.
If you have never been to a real ZiPani, think of a more upscale and swanky Panera, some even serving alcohol. This is just the old BB’s with a new logo and a couple new menu items.
4 stars because they have the best bagels in Maryland. Big, chewy, and plenty of variety. Really very good. From a marketing standpoint, however, I have no clue what they’re going for.

Everything is homemade! Great coffee! Various breakfast sandwiches, bagels, and lunch sandwiches. Have only been one time so far but plan on going here a lot for breakfast.
Staff was very friendly!
