Wyant Heating & Air

I wish I could give zero stars as Wyant heating/​Air conditioning does not deserve even one star. We called Wyant at 1pm on Monday and told them, that the AC unit /​air handler they installed 3 years ago was frozen and iced over. We asked for their first opening and were told that they would be able to come out the next day, Tuesday, between 1pm and 4pm. It was June and the temps were in the 80’s so we were happy to take off work to meet their technician in the window given. We waited and waited (in a home with no AC). Just before 4pm, we called Wyant to see what was happening. The lady who made our appointment answered the phone and it seems she remembered us and our call but, Whoops, she neglected to put us on the schedule. We asked if someone could still come, as we had taken off work, waited all day and our home wa 82 degrees. No apology and and the next available slot was two days later. Horrible. We called another company who came out, after hours for extra $$$ because we couldn’t take more time off. Shame on Wyant.
