We use GrubHub to have Marvin’s delivered to us and we love the pizza. On the occasional game night we will get a couple of XL pizzas (which is about 50 bucks when all is said and done) and it will last the family for a good week, so worth the price, in my opinion. The 3 cheese specialty pizza is my favorite; the feta cheese makes it so tasty.
The Roadhouse burger and Italian Deluxe flatbread sandwich are also amazing.

Pizza is absolutely amazing!!! We hadn’t been here for about 6 years & thought we’d come back while in the area. It was just as we remembered. Crust is perfect with a good combo of sauce & cheese. The Almighty Meat tasted awesome with a large amount of toppings. We also had the Mess Supreme & the veggies tasted fresh with just the right amount crunch. The whole family said we wished we lived closer so this could be our «pizza place»!! Keep it up guys!!!

Looks like a typical strip mall pizza place but was really pleasantly surprised by the sub I had there. Meat was great, everything was prepared well, bread was good. I’d definitely come back here to grab a sub.

Love the pizza. Sauce and cheese combination was perfect and crust tasty. Pepperoni and sausage were spicy but not over the top. Have lived in Frederick for 13 years and this is by far the best we’ve had here. Ordered barbecue and old bay wings, they as well were awesome. Skin was crispy but not burnt, cooked perfectly. Courteous and professional staff.

I usually order at least once a week delivery. With small complaints about missing something stupid every time. Tonight, I’m just so angry. 2 hours to get our food and the manager really didn’t offer much but a piece of cake that I had to ask for. Did I mention that there is almost always been some type of something wrong with the order? Just broke the straw on the camels back tonight. Got our food, soggy. Not hot… Warm at best. Just not what I like to see after two hours. Really disappointed.

Was always a big fan of starvin marvins from the one in Gaithersburg to when this one open. The subs once was good but now they went down hill to soggy bread to small portion of steak it just isn’t the same anymore. 12 dollars for a steak sub combo and can’t even eat it not again just a waste of money.

LOVE the gyros and all the subs I’ve ever tried here when we pick it up to go .
H A T E getting delivery. I typically ALWAYS order wings from here and EVERYWHERE I go, I always ask them to put the sauce that they pour on the wings on this side because I like my wings crispy and not drenched in sauce. Not one single time have I EVER gotten my wings from here the way I want. They ALWAYS put the sauce on there and it drives me crazy cause whether it’s me calling to order or my hubby. We ALWAYS tell them twice to make sure the wings are dry. But it’s like they aren’t really listening.

Just had a delicious Gryo and fries from Starvin Marvin. The cook, Nick, did a fantastic job of preparing it and bringing it to my table. They have 3 TVs with Sportcenter showing so my lunch was very enjoyable. Highly recommend. Also very fast.

Their food is good but they just keep missing things. I ordered a Cesar side salad (I verified the order on the email they sent me) and I got a regular side salad. I order wings extra crispy on two different occasions and it was never any different. On the second try, I even put several notes saying «please just leave them in the fryer a little longer» and still no difference. It just seems like their quality control is lacking. If you have a special request, I would call them as well as they do not seem to see the notes.

I recently taught at an interagency seminar. Due to long hours I needed to feed 75 students on the fly. Found Starvin Marvins on Unilocal.I dont do chain pizza no matter how inexpensive. I talked to Dino and I ordered 22 large pizzas. The driver was right on time showed great customer service by helping us set up. Very polite. I greased him well for doing his job. These students were from across the continent. I recieved many compliments on how good the pizza was and good choice of where to order it. My hat goes off to Dino and his crew. Thank you my man. Youre on my short list when i need more in the future. Support the independent businesses. They do pizza right

Terrible… The only flavor on the pizza was wet flour, all the topings were piled in the middle. The wings were so flavorless I had to add massive amounts of hot sauce. Fries were good

Amazing food! This is my go to fast food service stop. We have tried almost everything on the menu and it does not disappoint! They also deliver and the wait time is always less then what they predict! 2 thumbs up!

Delicious! Storm was brewing so we decided to stay in. Pizza was what we decided to do. There are several options for us outside of the standard delivery chains. We chose Starvin Marvin and I am so glad we did!
They are about ¼ mile to ½ mile from us so when we received the pizza it was still nice and hot! That in itself was amazing. It wasn’t luke warm. It was as if it was just pulled from the oven. Keep in mind, it was simply due to how close we live to this place.
We ordered XL pizza with pepperoni and jalapeño peppers. Yummy! It was just amazingly tasty both cheese and sauce. They didn’t hold back on the toppings either.
I will definitely order from them again!

I hit this joint up like a high school kegger around noon on a Monday and the place was jumpin’. Ordered the pizza by phone and it was ready in ten minuets.
Decent pizza. White pizza needs a little more flavor and flair. I did find that the crust was well cooked, not too doughy and not too crisp, a decent medium. But for a white, overall it seemed to be missing something, IDK what exactly, but there was nothing as so special to make me really want to go have another one.
The price is a little steep when compared to Toppings down the road. Toppings is a little better overall. It is clear looking at the menu that SM is looking more at the selling subs than pizza.
Overall, not bad, and they’re in the middle of the pack and are in the running for a second try.

Philly steak and cheese is usually wonderful, but can be extra greasy on some days. Not sure what’s up with that. The old bay fries are awesome and NOT FRIED IN PEANUT OIL!!! That is always a massive plus for our family!!!

(03/​30/​2013) Got 2 12″ subs hot to go to take to Flying Dog Brewery for an event (no food there, BTW). This is probably the closest take out place near there, if you’re going (save maybe a Sheetz). Got the Steak BBQ –n– Cheese Sub (overly shredded meat with a sweet BBQ sauce, textured tended towards mushy, but was seasoned enough, some zip added with hot peppers) and the Spicy Italian (Capicola ham, pepperoni, provolone, oil & vinegar, hot peppers — as you expect, salty and unctuous, highly seasoned). Bread was toasted with crusty exterior and fluffy interior to soak up the sub juices, in the end quite messy, but both devoured. Would def stop again, if going by that way.

I wish they would learn to make pizza. My friends are all crazy for their lamb gyros which I’ve yet to try personally so apparently they are doing something right. Sandwiches are just okay. Pizza is pretty shabby and don’t get me started on the fries. The staff are always so welcoming and nice, it’s the only reason that keeps me coming back.
