Went into the store on two different occasions and was not greeted either time. There was only 1 other customer in the store at the time. The lady behind the counter also looked unhappy and bored. For a small business I would suggest you treat your customers better or you won’t last.

The name says it all! I love walking into this store, not only is it «Simply Beautiful» it’s always a fun adventure. Chanda (owner) knows how to take care of her customers. She is very creative with her displays and her selection of «preppy» merchandise is extensive. She keeps up with the latest trends and always has something new to look at/​buy. She brings a piece of Charleston SC into our beautiful downtown Frederick. Another plus, she will monogram anything you wish right on the spot!

Preppy paradise! Who knew you could find Kate Spade and Lilly Pulitzer in Fredneck? The store was really cute and I had to restrain myself from buying the adorable navy and hot pink elephant jewelry box and agenda– after all I was supposed to be looking for a birthday gift for my mami. But I couldn’t resist buying the «Up for anything Downtown Frederick Baby» t-​shirt for my pending kiddo!
The young lady on duty was very nice and did not get defensive when she initially overcharged me on the shirt. For the eco-​conscious, the store is paperless and emails your receipt via Square.

simply beautiful is a awesome little store in downtown Frederick MD. The customer service is very friend, good people. This boutique is great place to stop when strolling downtown or looking for a great gift.
