As is often the case for Ross stores, the stock is pathetic. Racks are always picked over.
Almost always leave empty-​handed. Waste of time.

Beware dummies work here. Been to many Ross stores through out the United States never had any issues with the staff until now…

Not kid-​friendly. Ross shopping carts have a pole attached to them to prevent theft — however, this makes it difficult to transport merchandise when you have multiple children in tow, especially with a toddler.
There is no need for this «security method» in this area.

This store is conveniently located near my house, so it’s always one of my first shopping pit stop when looking for an affordable outfit for work/​party, gifts, and etc. As long as you shop here before 12pm, you can have a non-​stressful shopping experience without crowds and long lines. Anytime after that, expect long delays at the counter.

I really like the deals at Ross, which is why I went there. The service there is absolutely horrific. I am not sure I can remember another place where the people work there are as rude as these people. They are slow and are not shy about letting you know that they don’t feel like being there. Only go if you feel you have the patience to wait in line for a LONG time.
