Regis Salon

Kristin is awesome! I used to be a client of her’s in Gaithersburg and she would rock my ombré like no one’s business. But when she left, I couldn’t find her and I was forced to fend for myself… and it was bad. I had my hair botched so many times I was literally in tears and forced to wear a hat! When I randomly stumbled into a mall salon and saw her standing there… I literally lost it! She was like a hair angel sent from above:) She grabbed me by the hand and fixed my obscenely botched hair. By the end of it, me and half the staff we’re crying happy tears… I just kept saying,“I’m pretty again!”. It’s not easy to find a good hair stylist and if you’re anything like me, if my hair is not right, I’m not right… but I promise you, look no further than Kristen:)

I’ve gotten four of the best haircuts in my life from Kristin Payne, who just moved from Signature Salon in Gaithersburg to Regis. Last night was the first time she’s cut it since relocating, and I am delighted. I have been to some extremely expensive salons in my day but have never gotten results as spectacular as with Kristin’s cuts. I have very thick, unruly hair which can either look fantastic or terrible and thanks to her work I’m back in the fantastic category. I travel all the way from Rockville, and gladly, just to make sure my hair will look great. She’s also a masterful colorist. She redid my daughter’s boring bleached blonde highlights, incorporating a mix of tones that are extraordinary. I highly, highly recommend Kristin.

I used to not care about who did my hair or eyebrows, but since I went here and started going to Amanda I never let anyone else touch my hair. I got compliments about my eyebrows the rest of the day, and she always listens to exactly what I say when she cuts my hair, no matter what i request. I highly recommend her!

I have been to this salon many times and there were no problems. But the last three times I scheduled my appointment I had to wait a half an hour to forty five minutes past my scheduled appointment time. The lady I normally go to name is Natalie and when I come in she is always working on someone else’s hair. And it’s not just finishing up, she’s in the middle of coloring someones hair. Today I get there 10 minutes before my appointment and again she’s I, the middle of coloring someone’s hair. So I wait and she put that customer in another chair and instructs me to sit in the chair so she can wash my hair. But she doesn’t come to me right away. She then schedules an appointment to a customer who walks in for a half an hour later. I know she won’t be done coloring the women’s hair and cutting my hair by that time. She finishes with her and you would think she is going to come back and wash my hair, no. She walks out of the salon, without saying where she is going. At this point I don’t really care where she went. Its is now 40 minutes past my appointment for the third time in a row. I waited 5 more minutes and then I left. I will never go to anpthe Regis. This is downright ridiculous. I would rather patronize a small hair salon then go to another Regis.
