RCS did such a great job! We hired them to replace our roof. They showed up on time, they were all professional, and the workmanship was exceptional. The office staff was also so helpful with any questions we had! I have recommended RCS to our family and friends!

I called RCS for an estimate for some blown off shingles. The salesman (Mitch) came out to my house within a day and looked at my roof. He found more shingles blown off than I had seen and also found 2 leaks. I signed the contract and the repair crew was out the next day. I was thankful the work got done so quickly because 2 storms hit the day after the repair and my roof has been covered in snow since. I’ll be calling RCS again in a few years when my roof is ready to be replaced.

This is a peculiar company. I called, asked for an estimate, scheduled a time for an estimator to visit my house, and was told I would get an estimate the same day as the visit. Someone came out as scheduled, said they would call me that day with an estimate, but no call. I called them the next day to be sure they had the correct phone number. They did, and said they would call me with an estimate. They did not. I called one last time a couple days later and they said they had the paperwork done and would «call me right back» with the estimate. It’s been a few weeks. Never heard from them. Strange company. If they spent the time (which is money) and gas (which also costs money) to send someone out to my house and assess the needed work, you would think they would provide an estimate (as they repeatedly said they would). I can’t hire them without an estimate. There are too many honest companies out there that do what they say they will do. I don’t know why anybody would use a dishonest and frankly bizarre company like this. I’ll give them one star for making the trip out here.
