Mattress Warehouse

I went here to pick up the new mattress that I had purchased the night before. Picking up was a better option than the delivery fee and being held hostage in my own home waiting for delivery. The cable guys do it and I shall not give that power to another… lol
No one answered when I called prior to going to the site to do my pick up. I would’ve been madder than a wet cat had I travelled an hour and my items weren’t ready. Alas, I got there and go in and had to bellow out for an employee to come to the common area to assist. I gave him a copy of the paperwork and he directed me to door 25. So if you have a future pick up here, go to door 25 and stage your vehicle to receive your purchase.
The guy assisting was soft spoken but polite and worked efficiently to secure the mattress to the top of the truck. Personally, for peace of mind and to keep fellow drivers from honking at you to let you know that the mattress is lifted in the front (uses hands to mimic gator chomping motion) get some of the adjustable securing straps to keep air from getting under the mattress as you drive. I made it all the way home and it didn’t fall off. The guy made sure that it was secure. They offer pick up from the warehouse or the local store you may have purchased from. Inquire and see what your options are. Always ask if there are any fees associated w/​warehouse to store pickups, to my knowledge it’s free.
Since I only picked up from the warehouse, I’ll dub this as a positive experience.
