Martha’s Hair Salon

Never again! I got a hair cut from Martha (the owner). Now I understand why she asked if my hair grows fast… she chopped it so badly! It looks dry and thin instead of healthy. I wanted long layers and thanks God I still have length to compensate the mess she did on the top. She didn’t wash my hair since I already wash it that morning. I told her it was ok to wash it again, but she refused. Cut it in an almost dry hair. She was in a hurry and burned my scalp twice when using the hair drier to stretch the hair. No customer service at all! Didn’t even bring the mirror to show her final job in the back, just went to the cash register to charge me for full service.

First off I made an appointment with Martha, she was no where to be found so one of the other girls volunteered to give me my trim. I explained that I wanted a TRIM with my long layers and some front bangs; what I got was a disaster. My hair cut looks ridiculous, but I was willing to accept it because frankly you get what you pay for– what did it for me were my bangs! I was almost ready to cry. I wanted front bangs with volume like Kim K instead i got 65 year old lady bangs; & to put the cherry on top she razored my bangs so they are all completely uneven. The lady kept arguing with me about how the BANG are «SUPPOSED» to look! I was furious– regardless to say I will NEVER be returning again.
Don’t go here unless your are willing to get your hair completely ruined and especially don’t go here if you don’t speak Spanish because the hair dressers will blatantly talk about you as your are sitting right in front of them and laugh at you.
I am never going here ever again! This place SUCKS! I wish I could give it no stars!

I made an appointment for highlights from the owner of the salon named Martha (I heard she does the best job) & the appointment was made for 10am but she never showed up! even after I called her several times. I wanted for 2 hours and the only thing she said was «I am on my way». the rest of the people in the salon including her sister didn’t know anything about her whereabouts and weren’t willing to help me at ALL. so disappointing

Great place to go for your haircut. Outstanding job. Would highly recommend. She took her time. Lined my beard. This is my new shop for haircuts.

Worst hair cut I’ve ever gotten. The employees seem to be in a hurry and don’t take care of the customer.
