Ken’s is the only place that I will take my car. They do excellent work, have a shuttle to get me to work and back and the staff is friendly and professional.

Great repair experience! I needed to have a transmission rebuilt but did not want to go to a dealer or chain franchise. Ken’s Transmissions was just what I was looking for, clean facility, great service. Highly recommended!

Not the best service. What impressed me the least. Signs in Office clearly state Do Not Leave stuff in car. Twice, I had my car entirely cleaned out of anything remotely valuable. It’s like a sign that says, we steal Everything found in your car. Low-life’s.

I have had a great experience, in dealing with Ken’s Automotive. I had my car and my finace’s car there for extensive repairs. Mark, and Rob were not only a pleasure to deal with, but they explained each repair to both cars, so we understood the problem and what the solution was. Ken’s prices are very fair, and compared to the price for repairs in Germantown and labor cost, Ken’s is more reasonably priced. The team and Ken’s really has the customer’s best interest in mind, in everything they do. Folks, do yourself a favor, go to Ken’s for your repair and transmission needs! It is so rare, that I find a business that really wants to satisfy me and will go the extra mile to take care of their customer.
