Todd is a terrific acupuncturist. He is so calm, gentle and patient. He listened to all my complaints and proposed a treatment plan to meet my needs. I felt better after my first treatment.
The facilities are clean and well appointed. It is a professionally run facility.

I’ve been seeing Ryan for acupuncture over the past month or so and I just love it in here. Such great energy all around. Ryan is so calm, kind and knowledgeable and I’m very confident in his care. The rest of the staff are great as well. Everything and everyone is so nice and calm. I wanted to ask them if I could just move in but I thought that might be weird…
I’ve heard great things about their massage therapists and can’t wait to give that a go but, for acupuncture, I can say I highly recommend HHA!

I love this place & i hope my schedule allows me to go back soon. I have had a massage here by Adam which was wonderful. I also did acupuncture with Todd and it really helped outside of the treatment room as well. I found myself understanding the link between my mind and body more. The treatment itself always left me very relaxed. The services here are effective and the staff is very polite. Also the waiting room is conducive to relaxation and peace. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend *Aaron for massage therapy* and *Ludwig for acupuncture*. Both are very personable and professional. I’ve been there twice so far and the experience was rejuvenating; I never felt rushed which enhanced the experience.
Holistic Health Associates offers a truly serene environment that’s really conducive for the utmost relaxation. Their staff are knowledgeable and friendly, they accept most insurance plans and will even call your insurance company for you to verify coverage.
They serve complimentary tea and light snacks/beverages for purchase.
Highly recommend them and can’t wait to try some of their other services. I came here for stress relief and general re-balancing so I’m looking forward to more much-deserved pampering here.

Has such a great experience here– I had a 90 minute massage after many weeks of tightness and aching in my shoulders/back. Devin did an amazing job. In fact, she did such an amazing job I’m going back again!

Dr. Ryan is the best! He has a great smile, attitude and very positive energy! I started going for acupuncture to help naturally induce labor (I am now 41 weeks pregnant) I went for one appointment and the next day I had dilated to 2 cm! I went today so maybe tomorrow I will have a baby… he is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he is doing. I have had acupuncture before going here and had an amazing person but he is just too far away then I went to someone else in Frederick for 4 sessions and didn’t feel like that person knew what to do so that’s what sent me to Holistic Health. I highly recommend!
