Gail’s pedicure services are top-​notch. However, her customer service could be better. Beware of scheduling an appointment here if you have a demanding job, a family, or a chance of unforeseeable events — which is pretty much anyone and everyone… you’ll be banished from her business forever if you have to cancel or reschedule. Calling ahead of time to apologize and let her know what happened, doesn’t help either. On the phone, she will pretend all is well… but then she will text you later, and unprofessionally tell you that she lost money and could have scheduled 2 clients in your place if you were just going to cancel/​reschedule. The crazy thing about this whole situation is that she rescheduled the appointment for me while we were talking on the phone! She even confirmed the new date/​time! She followed up with a text message telling me I can’t come back and why (mentioned above), THREE HOURS later!
I would like to go back to Gail in the future. She uses the healthiest practices for manicuring nails and is very sanitary. Maybe I’ll try again soon!

Came here for mani pedis for my daughter’s bridal party. Gail was amazing and welcoming and provided the perfect atmosphere for our wedding preparations. This is definitely the right place to go for individual manicures and pedicures AND for a group. We had both rooms all to ourselves. Thank you Gail for providing us with a wonderful atmosphere to start our preparations and celebrations and for the champagne. Frederick is lucky to have you here!
