Their Senior Processor, Vicki, remained so professional and patient throughout the entire settlement process. She did what was needed to ensure my closing went as smooth as possible. Despite a few last minute hiccups, she worked diligently with my mortgage lender to ensure the settlement/​closing wasn’t delayed. And it wasn’t… I was in and out of Excalibur’s office within an hour.
Kenny, (the owner) facilitated the paperwork/​signing aspect. He was very straightforward and explained everything clearly. I didn’t feel rushed and never had to wonder what I was signing.
