I just got off the phone with… a man from D’Salon, Organic Color something and he kept telling me that I can only use the Groupon, I purchased earlier this year, on Friday or Saturday. I read the fine print out loud to him and he told me to look at it again! Then he told me to read the description on the voucher(seriously?!), which also had no mentioning of any weekday restriction. Finally, before I was done, he hung up on me! He had a very difficult to understand accent, so I had to ask him to repeat several times… and was absolutely dead set on my not being able to come on Friday or Saturday. Sometime in the middle of the conversation he also suggested I get a refund, not sure from who, but I am assuming that would be Groupon… Unacceptable customer interaction!
