They refused to accept our gift card even though we called the number on the back of the card to verify the funds. We asked if there was any way to resolve this issue and they had no answers. They were rude and wasted our time.

I comen here once a month. They have a pizza bar and salad bar also they have bread sticks so you can get any kind of pizza you want .Like Hawaiian, Cheese, Pepperoni and any other kind of pizza you can think of. And they also have one of the best dessert like a brownies and apple pie. So that’s why I recommend this place to eat.

Hey, its $ 6 per adult and its all you can eat pizza. Yes, we all know the pizza is lacking the pizza hut quality we all love. But for the price, you can’t really beat this place. I actually love their wings more than their pizza though, if you can believe it. I had to wait, unfortunately, until everyone in my group was done eating to get them, but the garlic parmesan sauce was delicious and the chicken wings were meaty and crispy. Honestly it was well worth the extra money for the wings. And their stuffed crust pizza they added was pretty decent. The desserts are terrible besides the cinnamon buns but they arent important anyhow.

Good quality pizza that’s cheap. I take my son here all the time and we love it! Their salad bar is so small and simple but it’s addicting! The selections on pizzas are wide. My favorite is the buffalo chicken pizza. They also make customized pizzas by your liking and also offer take out pizzas. For desserts they offer warm cinnamon buns and double chocolate brownies that are so freaking good! Star off for some minor things– They need to offer wings! The employees here are a bit off rude. But they do their job!

Today we took our son and a few friends here before we went to see a movie. Imagine five 8 year old boys hugry and exxcited about seeing Avengers lol! Anyways we get there and for the buffet which consist of any pizzz, salad, pasta and dessert for $ 2.99 per child 10 yrs old and under. Where has this place been my whole life lol! And for adults it was only $ 5.99 great price. As we all walked down the line my wife asked if they had any pizza without cheese because our son is allgeric to it. He said no but would you like us to make your son a pizza with no cheese. And we replied yes we would love that than he asked what kind of pizza, pepperoni will be fine. They do have salad, soup and pasta if you have a dairy allergy, so thats good. When the pizza was done Renee brought it over to out table. The kids let him know there was no more sweet ice tea and he replied I will get right on it guys. He had a great personality and went out of his way to show us acceptional service. Later the boys were playing the video games and wanted to get something out of one of the machines but it was empty. The boys asked Renee to fill it he told them that he could not but the guy will be in Wednesday to fill it up. I liked that he was knowledgeable about the establisgment he works at. He carried himself like a Manager but Im not sure because he didnt have a name tag on. All I want to say is I give this place 5 stars because the service was exceptional Renee really made our experience woderful and we appericate him. The pizza was good not amazing, salad bar had its basics. I like that they offer the soup and pasta, the drink selection was good also. Renee thanks so much for your patience and overall great attitude. Thats what customer service is all about keeping your customers happy so they will come back and share their great experience with other people they know.

Cici’s is a very good value for the money. The pizzas are very tasty. The staff is also accommodating. There is enough variety to keep anyone happy and the price is hard to beat.

Pizza buffet! Lots to choose from. The salad bar looked a bit plain. Other than that, cheap place for pizza. $ 6 for a medium… maybe a large. It’s not the best pizza dough, but it’ll satisfy you.

I went there today for late lunch around 3pm for the first time in my life. ¼ of The place was full, but there was no wait for the register. The girl at the register was very friendly and fast. The place was very clean and the staff were all friendly. The food quality was good, but they did not have too much variety. They had pepperoni, mac & cheese, cheese, something topped with lettuce, and Hawaiian pizza. I was there for about one hour and walked to get pizza at least 4 times and every time I saw just same pizzas. It was right after my 4th trip that I noticed they put out some new types such as greek style and mixed vegetable. I expected to see something with chicken, beef, or mushrooms. Overal its a nice place for kids, or group of people who love pizza.

I give Cici’s 5 stars because it EXCELS at being what it is – a cheap, all-you-can-eat buffet. The food is decent. The staff are always more than willing to make a certain kind of pizza if what you want isn’t out on the bar. I really enjoy the macaroni and cheese pizza. The buffalo chicken pizza is also good. I also like the Italian salad. Yes, it gets busy in here. Yes, it’s full of noisy kids. But really, what are you expecting?

Nothing fantastic at all. I am beginning to think this town needs some serious culinary eateries because this by far, gets the saying right on the nose«you get what you paid for.»

This review is more about the manager than the food. The food is cheap and a no brainer. If you want fantastic pizza, go elsewhere. I walked in to grab some to go and placed an order. The girl working the register was quick and did her job well. While she was taking my order a boy that was probably 8 or 9 y.o. came up and was upset about a video game in the back taking his quarters with no play. The manager gave him a bothered look and interrupted him by just wanting to know which game. He gave the kid replacement quarters and then came back to run the register. As I was waiting he began talking to me about how this store is terrible and the staff is ridiculous. He complained that he has to constantly monitor them to make sure they were working and that he normally works a Cici’s in Hagerstown that is much better with lively staff. He repeated these complaints and even appologized to several customers as they came in. Stating his store was better. Sorry bub. The employees are only as good as their manager. Spend less time bitching about working in a different store, less time on your cell phone, and more time learning how to lead.

Friendly staff. Fresh food. Don’t see something you want? Just ask for it! They are always more than willing to make the customer happy. Would I say this is the best pizza, pasta, salad, dessert I have had in my life? No… But it’s good… And it’s really good for $ 5 – 6 all you can eat!

Now let me say I was a bit skeptical about this place for decent pizza. The night before I dined there I met up with a bunch of military buddies who were raving about the pizza and the price… around $ 6.00. I had already eaten earlier, yes you guessed right the ever eluding great Mexican food. So, the following day I stopped by for a late lunch and it was packed, mostly families with young children. The pizza was OK, nothing great but what can you expect for $ 6.00 or so. If I lived in the local area I wouldn’t make this a regular spot, it met the need at the moment… nothing more, nothing less!

Cheapest, crappiest pizza ever. The only thing this pizza’s got going for it is unlimited, eat till you puke for $. Sadly, it doesn’t take much to get get to that stage. Its great pizza if you have kids who have no sense of taste. In that sense, rock on. But with that said, I’d rather get a colonoscopy rather than eat this slop again if not for the reality that the pizza itself gives me a free colonoscopy.

I’m slightly embarrassed to say that we come here a lot… for people who don’t have children. The pizza is not that great, but I think the lure is that it’s cheap, the pizza is decent(not Tombstone, but not CPK), and it’s close to our house. Most of the time, there are families with children, and it can get pretty loud. But, the employees manage to keep everything fairly clean, which is a huge plus. My favorite thing is the Mac and Cheese pizza. It’s something I have not seen anywhere else, and it tastes really good! if you’re lucky, they will bring out the deep dish version, which is even better. There are almost no vegetarian pizza options, but if you ask the staff, they will make something for you.

This was my first time to a CiCis and had been intrigued by their low price buffet. My expectations were very low as I have read reviews about cardboard pizza and carb overload and poor customer service. The food was not high quality by any means, but it hit the spot and except for the big crust, the pizza’s were ok. The quality was that of frozen pizza — which isnt bad. I kind of liked their crust and bread — it did taste fresh and had the right amount of crispiness. The desserts were ok, salad was meager and the soup was Chicken Noodle. The best part was the super friendly staff and the very efficient manager — Matt, who took the time to speak to me about the business. Now, I own a large franchise restaurant and I have an eye out for good restaurant talent — Matt did a superb job — friendly with customers, excellent with his staff and had a sharp eye out for quality control, presentation and restaurant operations. So the food was a 3, service was a 5 and hence the average of four stars. Is it a place I want to go for quality pizza, no, but to feed hungry kids who dont care about quality(or know about quality), I would be up for it. BTW, of the pizzas, I think the Spinach Alfredo and the Macaroni were the best.
